3. Persediaan dan Pemasangan

3.1 Pemasangan Fizikal

3.3 Sambungan Kuasa

1. Sambungan Tanpa Wayar (WiFi): Connects to your 2.4Ghz WiFi network.

3.5 App Installation and Device Pairing (ICSee App)

The camera can be managed via the ICSee or XMEye app on your smartphone. Follow these steps to set up the camera:

1. Download the ICSee App:
   - Scan the QR code provided in the manual or on the product packaging.
   - Alternatively, download the ICSee App from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).

3.6 AP Hotspot Mode

The camera supports AP Hotspot mode, allowing you to connect your mobile phone directly to the camera's WiFi hotspot for local viewing and setup without needing a router. This is useful for initial setup or in areas without existing WiFi infrastructure.

3.7 CMS Software for Computer Connection

4. Arahan Operasi

4.1 Jauh Viewing and Multi-Platform Support

Access your camera's live feed and recordings from various devices:

• Telefon pintar: iPhone (iOS) and Android devices via the ICSee or XMEye app.

• Pembersihan: Kerap mengelap lensa kamera dan perumah dengan lembut, damp kain. Elakkan menggunakan bahan kimia yang keras atau bahan kasar yang boleh merosakkan kanta atau kemasan.
• Kemas kini Firmware: Check the ICSee/XMEye app periodically for firmware updates. Keeping the firmware updated ensures you have the latest features, security patches, and performance improvements.
• Pemeriksaan Kabel: Periodically inspect power and network cables for any signs of wear or damage, especially in outdoor installations. Ensure waterproof connections are secure.
• Bekalan Kuasa: Use only the specified DC 12V power supply.
• Pengurusan Storan: If using a TF card, regularly review and manage recordings to prevent the card from filling up. Consider backing up important footage.

6. Penyelesaian masalah

6.1 Isu Ketersambungan

• No Connection/Offline:

  - Check your WiFi network. Ensure it's 2.4Ghz and stable.
  - If using a wired connection, verify the Ethernet cable is properly connected to both the camera and the router.
  - Restart the camera and your router.
  - If the camera was recently moved, re-configure its network settings in the app.

6.2 Isu Berkaitan Aplikasi

• Cannot Add Device:
  - Ensure your smartphone is connected to the same WiFi network as the camera during setup.
  - Double-check the WiFi password entered in the app.
  - Try resetting the camera (refer to the app for reset instructions, usually a long press on a button).
  - Ensure the app is updated to the latest version.
• Langsung View Lag/Buffering:
  - Check your internet speed. A stable and fast internet connection is required for smooth streaming.
  - Reduce the video quality setting in the app if your network bandwidth is limited.

6.3 Recording and Storage Problems

• No Recordings on TF Card:
  - Ensure a TF card is properly inserted and formatted within the camera settings (via app).
  - Check if the TF card is full. Replace or clear old recordings.
  - Verify recording schedules or motion detection settings are correctly configured.
• Isu Storan Awan:
  - Ensure your cloud storage subscription is active.
  - Check your internet connection for stable upload speeds.

6.4 Isu Kualiti Imej

• Imej Kabur:
  - Clean the camera lens carefully.
  - Ensure there are no obstructions in front of the lens.
• Penglihatan Malam yang lemah:
  - Ensure the area is within the effective night vision range (10-50 meters).
  - Check for strong light sources near the camera that might interfere with IR illumination.
