4. Panduan Persediaan
- Sambung ke TV: Connect one end of the HDMI cable to the HDMI port on the Ugoos AM9 Pro and the other end to an available HDMI input on your television.

- Pembersihan: Gunakan kain lembut dan kering untuk membersihkan peranti. Jangan gunakan pembersih cecair atau aerosol.
- Pengudaraan: Ensure the TV box is placed in a well-ventilated area to prevent overheating. Do not block ventilation openings.

- Tiada Kuasa:

- Alat Kawalan Jauh Tidak Menjawab:

- Tiada sambungan internet:
- For wired connections, check the Ethernet cable. For Wi-Fi, ensure the Wi-Fi network is active and you have entered the correct password. Try restarting your router and the TV box.
- Apps Crashing or Slow Performance:
- Close background applications. Clear the cache of problematic apps in Android settings. If issues persist, consider a factory reset (backup important data first).
