This NVR supports high-resolution video recording up to 12MP and advanced AI features such as Face, Human, and Vehicle Detection. It is designed for robust and efficient surveillance in various environments.

4. Persediaan
4.1. Hard Drive Installation (Optional)
If your NVR did not come with a pre-installed HDD, you will need to install one for recording. The NVR supports one SATA HDD up to 14TB. 32CH and 36CH models offer two HDD interfaces but only one can be installed within the case.

5. Arahan Operasi
5.1. Accessing the NVR Interface
You can access and manage your NVR through several methods:
- Local Monitor: Use the connected monitor and mouse to navigate the NVR's graphical user interface.
- PC Software (VMS/CMS): Install the VMS/CMS software on your computer for advanced management.
- Mobile App (XMeye/iCSEE): Download and install the XMeye or iCSEE app on your smartphone for remote viewing dan kawalan.

5.2. Basic Navigation and Settings
The NVR's graphical interface is intuitive. Use the mouse to navigate through menus such as System, Alarm, Record Config, Playback, Network, and Advanced settings.
5.3. Language Configuration
The NVR supports up to 28 languages. To change the language:
- Navigate to the System settings.
- Find the Language option and select your preferred language from the list.
Note: For 10CH/16CH models, if your desired language is not available, you may need to contact the seller for a firmware update.
5.4. Channel Configuration and Display
The NVR supports various channel configurations:
- 10CH NVR: Max support 10PCS 12MP Cameras.
- 16CH NVR: Max support 16PCS 12MP Cameras.
- 32CH NVR: Max support 32PCS 12MP Cameras.
- 36CH NVR: Max support 36PCS 12MP Cameras.
You can select the number of channels to display on your monitor (e.g., 1, 4, 8, 9, 16, 25, 36 views) through the preview tetapan.
5.5. Advanced Features: AI Detection
The NVR supports advanced AI detection features:

The NVR utilizes H.265/H.264 video compression. H.265 (HEVC) offers significant advantages over H.264, including:
- Approximately 50% reduction in hard disk space usage for the same video quality.
- Improved bandwidth efficiency.
Note: For H.265 compression to function, your cameras must also support H.265 and be configured accordingly.

7. Penyelenggaraan
7.1. Penjagaan Am
- Keep the NVR in a well-ventilated area to prevent overheating. The built-in fan assists with heat dissipation.
- Avoid exposing the NVR to extreme temperatures, humidity, or direct sunlight.
- Clean the exterior of the NVR with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners.

- AI Features (Face/Human/Vehicle Detection) Not Working: Confirm that your cameras support these specific AI functions. Ensure the camera firmware and NVR firmware are compatible and use the same program. Remember that Face and Human detection cannot work simultaneously.
- Isu Capaian Jauh: Ensure the NVR is connected to the internet. Check network settings (IP address, gateway, DNS). Verify port forwarding settings on your router if not using P2P (XMeye/iCSEE cloud service).
- H.265 Compression Not Working: Ensure all connected cameras support H.265 compression and are configured to use it.
- Cannot Find Desired Language: For 10CH/16CH models, contact the seller for specific language firmware updates if needed.
- Isu Sambungan WiFi: Ensure you have a compatible MK7601 WiFi adapter. For 10CH/16CH models, a firmware update might be required to enable WiFi support. 32CH/36CH models typically support WiFi by default.
