5. Persediaan

1. Bongkar: Carefully remove the LENCENT Wall Socket Extender from its packaging.
2. Periksa: Periksa peranti untuk sebarang kerosakan yang boleh dilihat. Jangan gunakan jika rosak.
3. Pasangkan: Insert the EU plug of the extender firmly into a standard EU wall socket. Ensure it is fully seated.
4. Hidupkan kuasa: Press the On/Off switch located on the front of the extender. The indicator light (if present) will illuminate, indicating power is supplied.

6. Arahan Operasi

Menggunakan Soket AC:

1. Ensure the extender is plugged into a wall socket and the On/Off switch is in the 'On' position.
2. Plug your electrical appliances into the 3 AC outlets.
3. Verify that the total power consumption of all connected AC devices does not exceed 4000W.

Menggunakan Port Pengecasan USB:

1. Ensure the extender is powered on.
2. Connect your USB-powered devices (smartphones, tablets, smartwatches, etc.) to the USB-A or USB-C ports using appropriate charging cables.
3. The device will automatically detect and deliver the optimal charging current up to its maximum output per port.

Suis Hidup/Mati:

The integrated On/Off switch controls the power supply to all 3 AC outlets and all USB charging ports simultaneously. Press the switch to turn power on or off to all connected devices.

8. Penyelesaian masalah

No Power to Outlets/USB Ports:

• Ensure the extender is firmly plugged into a live wall socket.
• Check if the On/Off switch is in the 'On' position.
• Verify that the wall socket itself is functioning by plugging in another device.
• If the overload protection has been triggered, disconnect some devices and press the reset button (if available, or unplug and replug the extender).

Pengecasan Perlahan melalui USB:

• Ensure your device and charging cable support the fast charging standards (QC/PD) if you are using the PA037EU-PD model.
• Some devices may limit charging speed if multiple devices are connected simultaneously, especially if the total output limit is reached.
• Check if the charging cable is original or certified for your device.

Device Not Fitting into Adjacent Socket:

• The LENCENT extender features a non-blocking design, but some unusually large or oddly shaped plugs might still interfere. Try rotating the extender if possible, or use a different wall socket.
