4. Pemasangan dan Pendawaian

The OONO terminal block module is designed for straightforward installation and wiring. Always ensure power is disconnected before making any connections.

4.1. Terminal Overview

  • A / B Terminal Blocks: These are the main input/output terminals, typically used for connecting the primary power source or main signal lines. They have a pitch of 7.5mm.
  • A1~B6 / A7~B12 Terminal Blocks: These are the distribution terminals, used for connecting individual loads or signal lines. They have a pitch of 5.0mm. The module supports 12 positions for each A and B line, totaling 24 distribution points.

4.2. Prosedur Pendawaian

  1. Sediakan Wayar: Strip approximately 7mm of insulation from the ends of your wires. Ensure the wire gauge is within the supported range (26AWG ~ 12AWG).
  2. Connect Main Lines: Connect your main power or signal lines to the A and B terminal blocks. These are located at the ends of the module.
  3. Connect Distribution Lines: Connect your individual loads or signal lines to the A1-B12 terminal blocks. Each A terminal (A1, A2, etc.) is connected to the main A line, and each B terminal (B1, B2, etc.) is connected to the main B line.
  4. Sambungan Selamat: Use a suitable screwdriver to tighten the M3 screws on each terminal block, ensuring a firm and secure connection. Do not overtighten.
  5. Pemasangan: Use the provided screws and nylon spacers to securely mount the module to a surface if required.

5. Operasi
