This manual provides detailed instructions for setup, operation, and maintenance.

4. Arahan Persediaan

4.1. Pemasangan Apl

To use the smart features of your sensor, you need to install the "Smart Life" or "Tuya Smart" app on your smartphone.

  1. Scan the QR code below with your smartphone or search for "Smart Life" or "Tuya Smart" in the Google Play Store (for Android) or Apple App Store (for iOS).
  2. Muat turun dan pasang apl.
  3. Daftar akaun dengan alamat e-mel anda dan log masuk.

4.2. Berpasangan Rangkaian

Ensure your device is powered on by connecting the USB cable to the Micro USB port and a 5V/1A power source.

Method 1: Bluetooth Mode (Quick Add)

  1. Buka aplikasi "Smart Life" atau "Tuya Smart".
  2. Pastikan Bluetooth didayakan pada telefon pintar anda.
  3. The app should automatically detect the new device and a pop-up window "Devices to be added: 1" will appear.
  4. Press and hold the reset button on the sensor for 5 seconds until the WiFi icon on the display starts blinking.
  5. Tap "Add" or "Go to add" in the app. The sensor will automatically connect to your Wi-Fi network.

Method 2: WiFi Mode (Manual Add)

  1. Buka aplikasi "Smart Life" atau "Tuya Smart".
  2. Tap the "+" icon in the upper right corner of the app interface.
  3. Select "Sensors" from the device categories.
  4. Choose "Temperature and Humidity Sensor (Wi-Fi)".
  5. Press and hold the reset button on the sensor for 5 seconds until the WiFi icon on the display starts blinking rapidly.
  6. In the app, confirm that the indicator is blinking rapidly and proceed with the on-screen instructions to connect to your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.

5. Arahan Operasi

After successful network pairing, you can access and control your sensor through the app.

5.1. App Interface and Settings

Tap the sensor icon in the app to enter its control interface. Here you can view real-time temperature and humidity, and access various settings.

  • Unit Suhu: You can switch between Celsius (°C) and Fahrenheit (°F) directly from the app settings.
  • Paparan LED Hidup/Mati: Control the LED display backlight. You can also set a timing schedule for the backlight to turn on/off.

5.2. Intelligent Linkage (Automation)

The sensor can be linked with other smart devices (e.g., air conditioners, humidifiers) within the Tuya ecosystem to create automated scenarios.

Example: If the indoor temperature reaches 30°C, automatically turn on the air conditioner. If humidity drops below 20% RH, activate a humidifier. (Note: This function requires compatible smart devices and a universal infrared remote control or WiFi switch for non-smart appliances).

5.3. Temperature/Humidity Calibration

You can manually calibrate the temperature and humidity readings in the app if you notice discrepancies with other reliable instruments.

To calibrate: In the app settings, find "Temperature Calibration" or "Humidity Calibration." First, select "0°C" or "0%" and confirm, then choose the desired offset value and confirm. (Default is 0).

5.4. T&H Alerts and History Records

Set upper and lower limits for temperature and humidity in the app. If the readings exceed these limits, you will receive an alert notification on your mobile phone.

The app also automatically saves message notifications and records of temperature and humidity changes, which can be viewed graphically over days, months, or years.

5.5. Kawalan Suara

The sensor supports voice control via Amazon Alexa and Google Home Assistant.

5.6. Perkongsian Peranti

You can share control of your sensor with family members through the Smart Life app, allowing multiple users to monitor the ambient environment.

6. Penyelenggaraan

  • penempatan: For accurate readings, place the sensor on a stable surface, away from direct sunlight, heat sources, or drafts. Allow about 30 minutes after placement for readings to stabilize.
  • Pembersihan: Gently wipe the device with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the device in water.
  • Kuasa: The device is USB powered and does not contain an internal battery for operation during power outages.

7. Penyelesaian masalah

Q: The device does not connect to Wi-Fi.
A: Ensure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz. This device does not support 5G Wi-Fi. Check that your phone's Bluetooth is on during pairing. Try both Bluetooth and WiFi pairing methods. Ensure the device is within range of your Wi-Fi router.
Q: Temperature/humidity readings seem inaccurate.
A: Allow the sensor to stabilize for about 30 minutes after initial setup or relocation. Ensure it's not near heat sources, direct sunlight, or strong drafts. Use the in-app calibration feature to adjust readings if necessary.
Q: How often does the sensor report data?
A: The sensor provides real-time monitoring and reports temperature and humidity changes frequently. You can view these changes and historical data in the app.
Q: Can the device be hung on a wall?
A: The device is designed with a stand for desktop placement. It is not designed for wall mounting without additional accessories.
Q: The clock on the display is incorrect.
A: The time is automatically calibrated via the app. Ensure your device is connected to the app and has an active internet connection for time synchronization.
S: Bolehkah saya melaraskan kecerahan lampu latar?
A: The app allows you to turn the LED display backlight on/off and set timing schedules, but not to adjust brightness levels.

8. Petua Pengguna

  • For optimal accuracy, place the sensor in a central location away from direct environmental influences like windows, vents, or appliances that generate heat or moisture.
  • Utilize the intelligent linkage feature to automate climate control in your home, enhancing comfort and energy efficiency.
  • Regularly check the device history in the app to track environmental trends and identify patterns.
