Featuring Bluetooth 5.1 technology, it allows up to four riders to communicate simultaneously over an ideal distance of 1500 meters. Enjoy crystal-clear audio with CVC noise cancellation, share music with your passenger, listen to FM radio, and access your phone's voice assistant, all while maintaining an IP65 waterproof rating for all-weather use. 4. Produk Lebihview (Buttons and Ports)

Familiarize yourself with the buttons and ports on your GOCOM4 unit for optimal use:

  • Power/Intercom Button: Used for turning the device on/off and initiating/ending intercom calls.
  • Vol+/Previous Trace Button: Increases volume or navigates to the previous music track.
  • Vol-/Next Trace Button: Decreases volume or navigates to the next music track.
  • FM/Power Off Button: Toggles FM radio mode or can be used for powering off.

5. Persediaan

5.1. Pemasangan pada Topi Keledar

The GOCOM4 unit can be securely attached to most helmet types using the provided helmet clip. Ensure the unit is positioned for easy access to buttons and that the microphones and speakers are correctly placed inside the helmet for optimal audio quality.

5.2. Mengecas Peranti

Before first use, fully charge your GOCOM4 unit. Connect the provided Type-C charging cable to the charging slot on the unit and to a USB power source. The charging time is approximately 2-2.5 hours.

5.3. Initial Bluetooth Pairing (Mobile Phone)

  1. Ensure the GOCOM4 is powered off.
  2. Press and hold the Power/Intercom button until the LED indicator flashes rapidly, indicating pairing mode.

  4. Select "GOCOM4" from the list of devices.

5.4. Intercom Pairing (Multi-Rider)

The GOCOM4 supports 4-rider group conference. Refer to the detailed instructions in the included user manual for specific steps on pairing multiple GOCOM4 units for intercom communication. The ideal intercom distance is up to 1500m.

6. Arahan Operasi

6.1. Hidupkan/Mati Kuasa

  • Hidupkan kuasa: Press and hold the Power/Intercom button until the LED indicator lights up.
  • Matikan: Press and hold the FM/Power Off button until the LED indicator turns off.

6.2. Komunikasi Interkom

Once units are paired, a short press of the Power/Intercom button will initiate or end an intercom call with other paired riders.

6.3. Main Semula dan Perkongsian Muzik

After pairing with your mobile phone, you can play music. Use the Vol+/Previous Trace and Vol-/Next Trace buttons to control playback. The GOCOM4 supports audio sharing, allowing you to share music with a passenger or another paired rider. It also supports intercom and music simultaneously, thanks to its dual advanced chips.

6.4. Radio FM

Press the FM/Power Off button to toggle the FM radio on or off. Use the volume buttons to change stations or adjust volume.

6.5. Panggilan Telefon

The GOCOM4 supports automatic answering of incoming calls. A short press of the Phone button can answer or end a call. Consult the full user manual for advanced call management features like redialing.

6.6. Pembantu Suara

Activate your smartphone's built-in voice assistant (e.g., Siri, Google Assistant) by pressing the designated physical button on the GOCOM4 unit. This allows for hands-free control of your phone's functions.

7. Penyelenggaraan

The GOCOM4 is designed with an IP65 waterproof rating, meaning it is protected against dust ingress and low-pressure water jets from any direction. This makes it suitable for daily water splashes, light rainy days, dust, or snow. To ensure longevity:

  • Lap unit dengan lembut, damp kain untuk dibersihkan.
  • Elakkan merendam unit di dalam air.
  • Jangan gunakan bahan kimia atau pembersih kasar.
  • Simpan peranti di tempat yang kering apabila tidak digunakan.

8. Penyelesaian masalah

Masalah Kemungkinan Punca Penyelesaian
Peranti tidak dihidupkan Bateri lemah atau kerosakan peranti. Cas peranti sepenuhnya. Jika masalah berterusan, hubungi sokongan.
Tidak boleh dipasangkan dengan telefon/interkom Device not in pairing mode, Bluetooth off on phone, or interference. Ensure device is in pairing mode (rapid flashing LED). Check phone's Bluetooth settings. Move away from other electronic devices.
Kualiti audio/bunyi bising yang teruk Microphone/speaker placement, environmental noise, or CVC not active. Adjust microphone and speaker positions inside the helmet. Ensure CVC noise cancellation is active.
Intercom range is shorter than expected Obstructions (buildings, terrain), heavy traffic, or environmental interference. Maintain line of sight with other riders if possible. Avoid areas with high electromagnetic interference.

9. Petua Pengguna

  • Keserasian Universal: The GOCOM4 features a universal pairing function, allowing it to connect with other brands of intercoms like Sena 50s. Follow the universal pairing instructions in the full manual for successful connection.
  • Pengurusan Hayat Bateri: For long rides, ensure your GOCOM4 is fully charged. With 15 hours of intercom time and 18 hours of music time, it should last most trips, but carrying a portable power bank for the Type-C charging cable can be beneficial.
  • Komunikasi Kumpulan: When riding in a group, establish a clear communication protocol. The 4-way intercom allows for seamless conversation, but practice using the buttons for quick access to intercom, music, and phone functions.
  • Peletakan Mikrofon: For the best noise cancellation and clear voice transmission, ensure the microphone is positioned close to your mouth, ideally within 1-2 cm, and away from direct wind.
