4.3. Arahan Pendawaian
Important Safety Note: Ensure the power supply is disconnected before performing any wiring to prevent electric shock or damage to the device.
The W1088 controller features direct output, meaning the output voltage is synchronized with the input voltage. When the controller is actively working (indicator light is on), the output voltage akan sama dengan vol inputtage. When the controller is off (indicator light is off), there will be no voltage pada output.
DC Power Supply Wiring (12VDC / 24VDC)

- Connect the 12V/24V DC power supply to the central input terminals (positive and negative).
- Connect the detection probes (sensors) to their respective sensor input terminals.
- Connect your DC 12V/24V heating or cooling devices to the 'Direct Output DC12V/24V' terminals for OUT1 and OUT2. Ensure correct polarity.

- Connect the 110-220VAC power supply to the central input terminals (Live 'L' and Neutral 'N').
- Connect the detection probes (sensors) to their respective sensor input terminals.
- Connect your AC 220V heating or cooling devices to the 'Direct Output AC220V' terminals for OUT1 and OUT2.
5. Operasi
5.1. Setting the Starting Temperature
- Tekan ke UP button (③ for OUT1, ⑧ for OUT2) once to display the current starting temperature.
- Tekan lama UP button for approximately 3 seconds until the display flashes.
- Gunakan UP dan TURUN buttons to adjust the desired starting temperature.
- The setting will automatically save after a few seconds of inactivity.
5.2. Setting the Stopping Temperature
- Tekan ke TURUN button (④ for OUT1, ⑦ for OUT2) once to display the current stopping temperature.
- Tekan lama TURUN button for approximately 3 seconds until the display flashes.
- Gunakan UP dan TURUN buttons to adjust the desired stopping temperature.
- The setting will automatically save after a few seconds of inactivity.
5.3. Heating and Cooling Modes
The controller automatically determines the working mode based on the relationship between the start and stop temperatures:
- Mod Pemanasan: When the Start Temperature is kurang daripada the Stop Temperature (e.g., Start 20°C, Stop 25°C). The output will activate when the temperature drops below the start temperature and deactivate when it reaches the stop temperature.
- Mod Penyejukan: When the Start Temperature is lebih besar daripada the Stop Temperature (e.g., Start 30°C, Stop 25°C). The output will activate when the temperature rises above the start temperature and deactivate when it drops to the stop temperature.
7. Penyelesaian masalah
- Tiada Paparan/Kuasa: Check power connections and ensure the correct voltage (110-220VAC, 12VDC, or 24VDC) is supplied to the controller.
- Bacaan Suhu yang salah: Verify that the NTC 10K sensors are properly connected and submerged in the medium being measured. Consider performing a temperature correction if a consistent offset is observed.
- Output Tidak Diaktifkan: Ensure the start and stop temperatures are set correctly for either heating or cooling mode. Check the wiring to the heating/cooling device. Remember that the output is direct, so the connected device must match the controller's input voltage.
- Penggera Tidak Berfungsi: Check the P2 (High Temp Alarm) and P3 (Low Temp Alarm) settings in the advanced menu to ensure they are configured within the desired range.
- Pengawal Tidak Menjawab: Try resetting to factory settings (see section 6.2). If the issue persists, disconnect power for a few minutes and then reconnect.
8. Petua Pengguna
- The W1088 is highly suitable for applications like incubators, allowing precise temperature control (e.g., setting to 37.5°C).
- Both independent output channels (OUT1 and OUT2) can be configured for heating or cooling, providing flexibility for managing two separate temperature zones or two different devices within one zone.
- This device is a temperature controller and does not include timer functions for actions like egg turning. For such functions, an additional timer device would be required.
