    To activate your device, visit start.xplora.com, choose your SIM plan, download the Xplora App on your smartphone, and scan the QR code displayed on the watch settings.

  • Is the Xplora watch waterproof?

    Most Xplora watches, such as the X6Play, are IP68 certified. This means they are dust-tight and can withstand brief submersion in water (up to 1.5m for 30 minutes), but they are not recommended for swimming or showering.

  • Can I replace the battery in the Xplora watch?

    No, the battery is not user-replaceable. Attempting to remove the battery may damage the device and void your warranty.

  • What do I do if my Xplora watch freezes?

    If the watch becomes unresponsive, you can perform a forced reboot by pressing and holding the Power/SOS button for at least 10 seconds.
