If the camera is on a network without a DHCP server, the default static IP address is typically 192.168.0.10. You can configure this using the GV-IP Device Utility.
Locate the Default button on the camera body. Press and hold the button for at least 10 seconds while the camera is powered on until it reboots. This will restore factory settings.
For most GeoVision devices, the default administrator username is 'admin'. Newer firmware versions require you to create a custom password upon first login for security purposes.
