For many Blonbar speakers and lamps, if the device button does not respond, press and hold the power button for more than 8 seconds to perform a reset.
The wireless charging function works with standard cases, but metal cases or plastic cases that are too thick may block the transmission. It is recommended to remove thick cases before charging.
Blonbar typically offers one-year free repair services under normal use from the date of purchase. Damage caused by improper use or accidents is not covered.
Turn on both speakers simultaneously. Double press the power/pairing button on one speaker to enter pairing mode. Once the indicator light on one speaker stops flashing and beeps, the two are paired (TWS mode). Then connect your phone via Bluetooth.
A flashing red light usually indicates a malfunction or that a foreign metal object has been detected on the charging pad. Remove any metal objects immediately.
