3.1 Memasang Pengawal
Mount the controller in a well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight, high temperatures, and moisture. Ensure there is sufficient space around the unit for airflow, especially for the cooling fans.

3.2 Sambungan Pendawaian
Follow the wiring diagram below. Always connect the battery first, then the solar panel. Ensure all connections are secure and correct polarity is observed.

3.3 Konfigurasi Jenis Bateri
The controller is compatible with various battery types. For lead-acid batteries (AGM, GEL, Sealed, Flooded), the controller automatically adjusts parameters. For lithium batteries (LiFePO4), parameters must be manually adjusted based on the battery's actual voltage ciri.

4.2 Proses Pengecasan
The controller utilizes a 3-stage charging process to optimize battery charging and extend battery life:
- Caj Pukal: Charges the battery at its maximum current until the voltage meningkat kepada jilid rangsangantagtahap e.
- Caj Meningkatkan: Maintains the boost voltage for a set period, ensuring the battery is fully charged.

5. Penyelenggaraan

5.1 Sistem Penyejukan
The controller is equipped with dual smart cooling fans for efficient heat dissipation. Ensure the fan vents are not obstructed and are kept clean from dust and debris. Periodically check that the fans are operating correctly.

5.2 Pemeriksaan Am
- Inspect all wiring connections periodically to ensure they are tight and free from corrosion.
- Check for any signs of physical damage to the controller or cables.

6. Penyelesaian masalah
The controller's LCD display provides valuable information for diagnosing potential issues. Many common problems can be identified and resolved by checking the display and ensuring proper connections.
Isu dan Penyelesaian Biasa:
- Tiada Paparan/Tiada Kuasa: Check battery connections and ensure the battery has sufficient charge. Verify the polarity.
- Tiada Pengecasan Solar: Check solar panel connections and ensure they are receiving sunlight. Verify solar panel voltage pada LCD.
- Perlindungan Lebihan: If the load output is disconnected, reduce the connected load and restart the controller.
- Terlalu panas: Ensure proper ventilation and clean cooling fan vents.
