1. Maklumat Keselamatan
Read and understand all safety precautions before operating the generator. Failure to follow these instructions may result in serious injury or death.
- Bahaya Karbon Monoksida: Generators produce carbon monoxide, a colorless, odorless, poisonous gas. Operate the generator outdoors in a well-ventilated area, far from windows, doors, and vents. Never operate indoors or in enclosed spaces.
- Bahaya Kebakaran: Gasoline is highly flammable. Refuel in a well-ventilated area with the engine off and cool. Do not smoke or allow open flames near the generator. Store fuel in an approved container.
- Bahaya Kejutan Elektrik: Never operate the generator in wet conditions. Ensure all electrical connections are secure and dry. Do not overload the generator.
- Permukaan Panas: The generator's engine and muffler become very hot during operation and remain hot for a period after shutdown. Avoid contact to prevent burns.
- Kanak-kanak dan Haiwan Kesayangan: Jauhkan kanak-kanak dan haiwan peliharaan dari generator pada setiap masa.
2. Persediaan
2.1 Membongkar dan Pemeriksaan
Carefully remove the generator from its packaging. Inspect for any damage during shipping. Ensure all included components are present:
- Aceup Energy AI2500s Inverter Generator
- A bottle of engine oil
- Oil funnel (x2)
- Sepana palam pencucuh

2.2 Menambah Minyak Enjin
The generator is shipped without engine oil. Before first use, add the recommended amount of 4-stroke 10W-30 engine oil.
- Letakkan penjana pada permukaan yang rata.
- Locate and remove the oil fill cap/dipstick.
- Using the provided funnel, slowly add the engine oil until it reaches the upper mark on the dipstick. Do not overfill.
- Gantikan penutup isi minyak/dipstick dengan selamat.
2.3 Menambah Bahan Api
Gunakan petrol tanpa plumbum segar dengan penarafan oktana 87 atau lebih tinggi. Jangan gunakan E85 atau bahan api campuran.
- Pastikan penjana dimatikan dan sejuk.
- Buka penutup tangki bahan api.
- Carefully pour gasoline into the fuel tank, avoiding spills. Do not fill above the red indicator line.
- Tutup penutup tangki bahan api dengan kemas.
2.4 Initial Startup Procedure
Follow these steps for the first startup and subsequent cold starts:

- Add 4-stroke 10W-30 oil.
- Add unleaded gasoline.
- Pusingkan bolong penutup bahan api ke kedudukan ON.
- Rotate the OFF/ON/CHOKE dial to CHOKE.
- Tukar suis Ekonomi kepada MATI.
- Pull the recoil starter slowly several times to allow gas to flow into the engine's carburetor. Then pull it quickly when resistance is felt.
- Once the engine starts, rotate the OFF/ON/CHOKE dial to ON.
- After the generator starts, you may connect electric appliances.
3. Arahan Operasi
3.1 Panel Kawalan Selesaiview
Familiarize yourself with the control panel for safe and efficient operation.

3.2 Meter Paparan Digital
The intelligent gauge tracks voltage, run-time, fuel level, hertz, and power output. It also features low oil LED and economic mode indicators.

3.3 Menyambung Peranti Elektrik
Connect your devices to the appropriate outlets:
- Soket AC 120V: Untuk peralatan rumah biasa.
- Outlet DC 12V: Untuk peranti 12V DC.
- USB Type A/C Ports: For charging sensitive electronic devices like phones and tablets.
The inverter technology with THD below 1.5% delivers clean power, suitable for sensitive electronics.
3.4 Mod Eko
Engage Eco mode to save fuel and reduce noise when operating at lower loads. The generator will automatically adjust engine speed to match the load.

3.5 Operasi Selari
The generator is parallel-ready, allowing you to connect two inverter generators for twice the power. A parallel kit is not included and must be purchased separately.
3.6 Mematikan Penjana
- Putuskan sambungan semua beban elektrik daripada penjana.
- Putar suis enjin ke kedudukan OFF.
- Putar injap bahan api ke kedudukan OFF.
4. Penyelenggaraan
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your generator.
4.1 Memeriksa Palam Pencucuh
Periodically inspect the spark plug for wear, carbon buildup, or damage. Replace if necessary.

4.2 Checking the Carburetor
Ensure the carburetor is free from obstructions. If fuel flow is restricted, cleaning may be required.
4.3 Tukar Minyak
Change the engine oil after the first 20 hours of operation, and then every 50-100 hours or annually, whichever comes first.
4.4 Penyelenggaraan Penapis Udara
Clean or replace the air filter regularly, especially when operating in dusty conditions, to maintain proper engine performance.
4.5 Penyimpanan Bahan Api
If storing the generator for 30 days or longer, residual fuel needs to be discharged from the carburetor to prevent fuel degradation and starting issues.

5. Penyelesaian masalah
Bahagian ini menyediakan penyelesaian kepada isu operasi yang lazim.
5.1 Enjin Tidak Bermula
- Semak Tahap Bahan Api: Pastikan terdapat petrol yang mencukupi di dalam tangki.
- Semak Tahap Minyak: Low oil will prevent the engine from starting due to the low oil shutdown feature.
- Kedudukan Tercekik: Ensure the choke is in the correct position for starting (CHOKE for cold starts, ON for warm starts).
- Palam Pencucuh: Inspect the spark plug as described in Section 4.1.
- Karburator: Check for obstructions in the carburetor as described in Section 4.2.
5.2 Tiada Output Kuasa
- Pemutus litar: Check if any AC or DC circuit breakers have tripped. Reset if necessary.
- Lebihan beban: Reduce the connected load. The generator may have shut down due to an overload.
- Sambungan: Ensure all power cords are securely plugged into the generator and devices.
5.3 Enjin Berjalan Dengan Buruk
- Kualiti Bahan Api: Use fresh, clean gasoline. Stale fuel can cause poor engine performance.
- Penapis Udara: A dirty air filter can restrict airflow. Clean or replace it.
- Palam Pencucuh: A fouled or incorrectly gapped spark plug can affect engine running.
