4. Persediaan

4.1 Memasang Bateri:

1. Locate the battery compartment on the back of the IBT-2X main unit.
2. Buka penutup bateri.

5. Arahan Operasi

The BBQ GO app provides a guided cooking system and advanced monitoring features:

• Real-time Temperature Monitoring: View current temperatures from both probes on your phone.
• Suhu Pratetap: Select from a variety of pre-programmed temperature settings for different types of meat (e.g., beef, lamb, pork, chicken, turkey, fish, hamburger) and desired doneness levels (e.g., rare, medium, well-done).
• Custom Temperature Alerts: Set your own target temperatures. The app will notify you when the temperature is reached.

5.4 Probe Placement:

• Insert the probe tip into the thickest part of the meat, avoiding bone or gristle, for accurate internal temperature readings.
• Use the probe clip to attach a probe to the grill grate or oven rack to monitor ambient cooking temperature.
• Ensure the main unit is placed away from direct heat or flames. While probes are heat-resistant, the main unit is not designed for direct exposure to high temperatures.
