4. Persediaan
4.1 Muat Turun Apl dan Pendaftaran Akaun
- Scan the QR code provided in the manual or on the product packaging, or search for the designated app (e.g., "Ease Life" or similar, check product documentation) in your smartphone's app store (App Store for iOS, Google Play for Android).

4.2 Sambungan Kamera
- Connect the camera to a power source using the provided USB cable and power adapter. The camera's status indicator light should begin to flash, indicating it is ready for pairing.
- Open the app and tap the "+" icon to add a new device.
- Select "Security Camera" or the appropriate device type.
- Follow the in-app instructions to connect the camera to your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. Ensure your phone is connected to the same 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network during setup. (Note: The camera does not support 5GHz Wi-Fi networks.)
- The app may prompt you to scan a QR code displayed on your phone screen with the camera lens. Hold your phone approximately 15-20 cm (6-8 inches) in front of the camera until you hear a confirmation sound.
- Once connected, the status indicator light will turn solid blue. You can now name your camera and begin using it.
4.3 Penempatan Kamera

5. Operasi
5.1 Langsung View
Open the app and select your camera from the device list to access the live video feed. You can view the area in real-time, take screenshots, or record video manually.
5.2 Audio Dua Hala
The camera supports two-way audio, allowing you to listen to the environment around the camera and speak through its built-in speaker. Tap the microphone icon in the app to activate this feature.

5.3 Pengesanan Gerakan dan Bunyi
The K11 camera is equipped with motion and sound detection. When activity is detected, the camera can send push notifications to your phone and automatically record video clips.

The K11 camera offers two storage options for recorded video:
- Storan Kad SD Mikro: Insert a Micro SD card (up to 128GB, Class 10 or higher recommended, not included) into the camera's slot for local storage. The camera will automatically overwrite the oldest footage apabila kad penuh.
- Storan Awan: Subscribe to the optional cloud storage service through the app for secure, off-site storage of your video recordings. This ensures your footage is safe even if the camera is damaged or stolen.

To ensure optimal performance, periodically clean the camera lens with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
