4. Persediaan

4.1 Penghidupan dan Pengecasan Awal

1. Cas Tablet: Before first use, connect the tablet to the charger using the provided USB Type-C cable. Ensure the tablet is fully charged for optimal battery performance. The 9000mAh battery supports 18W fast charging.
2. Hidupkan kuasa: Press and hold the power button located on the side of the tablet until the DOOGEE logo appears on the screen.

4.2 Sambungan Rangkaian

• Wi-Fi: Pergi ke Tetapan > Rangkaian & Internet > Wi-Fi. Turn on Wi-Fi and select your desired network. Enter the password if prompted. The tablet supports Wi-Fi 5 (2.4G/5G).

5.3 ID Wajah

To set up Face ID, go to Tetapan > Keselamatan & privasi > Buka kunci muka. Follow the on-screen prompts to register your face. Face ID allows for quick and secure unlocking of your device.

5.4 Widevine L1 Support

The tablet supports Widevine L1, enabling high-definition streaming from platforms like Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and Hulu.

To use split screen, open an app, then swipe up from the bottom of the screen and hold to access the recent apps menu. Tap the app icon at the top of the app's card and select "Split screen." Choose a second app to open alongside the first.

6. Penyelenggaraan

6.1 Membersihkan Tablet

• Gunakan kain lembut dan tidak berbulu untuk membersihkan skrin dan badan tablet.
• Avoid using harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or aerosol sprays directly on the tablet.
• Untuk calitan degil, sedikit dampen kain dengan air atau penyelesaian pembersihan khusus skrin.

6.2 Penjagaan Bateri

• Avoid exposing the tablet to extreme temperatures (hot or cold), as this can degrade battery life.
• Do not leave the tablet fully charged or completely drained for extended periods.
• Gunakan hanya pengecas dan kabel asal yang disediakan bersama tablet.

7. Penyelesaian masalah

• Tablet tidak boleh dihidupkan: Ensure the tablet is charged. Connect it to the charger and wait a few minutes before attempting to power it on again. If it still doesn't turn on, try holding the power button for 10-15 seconds.
• Skrin tidak bertindak balas: Restart the tablet by holding the power button until the power options appear, then select "Restart." If the screen is completely unresponsive, force a restart by holding the power button for an extended period (e.g., 10-15 seconds).
• Isu sambungan Wi-Fi: Periksa sama ada Wi-Fi diaktifkan dalam tetapan. Mulakan semula penghala dan tablet anda. Lupakan rangkaian dan sambung semula.
• Apl ranap atau beku: Kosongkan cache aplikasi yang bermasalah (Tetapan > Apl > [Nama Apl] > Storan & cache > Kosongkan cache). If the issue persists, try reinstalling the app.
