2. Persediaan

2.1 Pengecasan Awal

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case. Connect the provided USB Type-C cable to the charging port on the case and a power source. The indicator lights on the case will show the charging status.

2.2 Berpasangan dengan Peranti

1. Pastikan fon telinga berada di dalam bekas pengecasan dan bekas tersebut mempunyai kuasa yang mencukupi.
2. Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode, indicated by flashing lights (if applicable).

2.3 Memakai Fon Telinga

Select the eartips that provide the best fit and seal for your ears. Gently insert the earbuds into your ear canal and twist slightly to secure them. A proper fit enhances sound quality and noise isolation.

3. Arahan Operasi

3.1 Hidupkan/Mati Kuasa

• Hidupkan kuasa: Buka bekas pengecas atau keluarkan fon telinga dari bekas. Ia akan dihidupkan secara automatik.
• Matikan: Letakkan semula fon telinga ke dalam bekas pengecasan dan tutup penutupnya. Ia akan dimatikan secara automatik dan mula dicas.

3.2 Kawalan Sentuhan

The AWEI S1 Ultra earbuds feature smart touch controls on each earbud. The functions are as follows:

• Main/Jeda: Ketik sekali pada salah satu fon telinga.
• Lagu Seterusnya: Ketik dua kali pada fon telinga kanan.
• Lagu Sebelumnya: Ketik dua kali pada fon telinga kiri.
• Kelantangan: Ketik tiga kali pada fon telinga kanan.
• Perlahankan suara: Ketik tiga kali pada fon telinga kiri.
• Jawab/Tamatkan Panggilan: Ketik sekali pada salah satu fon telinga semasa panggilan masuk.
• Tolak Panggilan: Tekan dan tahan salah satu fon telinga selama 2 saat semasa panggilan masuk.
• Aktifkan Pembantu Suara: Tekan dan tahan salah satu fon telinga selama 3 saat (apabila tidak dalam panggilan).

3.3 Mod Fon Telinga Tunggal

You can use either earbud independently. Simply take one earbud out of the case, and it will automatically connect to your device. The other earbud can remain in the case or be used by another person.

3.4 Fungsi Panggilan

The earbuds are equipped with ENC (Environmental Noise Cancellation) technology for clearer calls, reducing background noise for both you and the person you are speaking with.

4. Penyelenggaraan

4.1 Mengecas Fon telinga dan Sarung

The earbuds provide approximately 6 hours of playback on a single charge. The 300mAh charging case extends the total playback time to about 30 hours. The charging case can be fully charged in approximately 1 hour via the Type-C port.

4.2 Pembersihan dan Penjagaan

The earbuds are rated IPX5 waterproof, making them resistant to sweat and light rain. To clean, gently wipe the earbuds and charging case with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials. Ensure the charging contacts are clean and dry.

4.3 Penyimpanan

Apabila tidak digunakan, simpan fon telinga dalam bekas pengecasnya untuk melindunginya dan memastikan ia dicas. Simpan di tempat yang sejuk dan kering jauh dari suhu yang melampau.

5. Penyelesaian masalah

• Fon telinga tidak berpasangan: Ensure both earbuds are charged. Place them back in the case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, then open the lid to re-enter pairing mode. On your device, forget the "AWEI S1 Ultra" from your Bluetooth list and try pairing again.
• Hanya satu fon telinga berfungsi: Place both earbuds back in the charging case. Close the lid and then open it again. This should reset the connection between the two earbuds.
• Tiada bunyi: Periksa tahap kelantangan pada kedua-dua peranti dan fon telinga anda. Pastikan fon telinga disambungkan dengan betul ke peranti anda.
• Isu pengecasan: Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source. Check if the charging port is free of debris.
