pengenalan
Thank you for choosing the Tymate TM2 Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS). This system is designed to enhance your driving safety by providing real-time tire pressure and temperature data. This manual will guide you through the setup, operation, and maintenance of your TM2 TPMS, including the display unit and external sensors.

Panduan Persediaan
1. Initial Charging of the Display Unit
Before first use, ensure the display unit is fully charged. It supports solar charging, but for initial setup or when sunlight is unavailable, use the provided USB cable.
- Sambungkan kabel pengecas USB ke port USB unit paparan.
- Connect the other end to a USB power source (e.g., car charger, computer USB port, or wall adapter).
- The charging indicator on the display will show charging status.
The display unit also features solar automatic charging, providing continuous power supply under sufficient sunlight.
2. Pemasangan Sensor
The external sensors are designed for easy and quick installation. Each sensor is marked for its intended wheel position (e.g., LF for Left Front, RR for Right Rear).
- Unscrew the original valve cap from the tire valve stem.
- Screw on the anti-theft nut onto the valve stem.
- Screw the corresponding sensor (e.g., LF sensor for the left front tire) onto the valve stem until it is snug.
- Gunakan sepana yang disediakan untuk mengetatkan nat anti-kecurian pada sensor bagi memastikan ia kukuh.
- Ulangi untuk keempat-empat tayar.

Figure 2: Sensor installation process.
This image illustrates the ease of installation, showing hands attaching a sensor to a tire valve stem, highlighting the quick 15-minute installation process.
The sensors are waterproof (IP67), compact, and lightweight, ensuring durability and minimal impact on tire balance.
3. Pairing Sensors (Usually Automatic)
The sensors are typically pre-paired with the display unit. Once installed and the vehicle is driven for a short period, the display unit should automatically receive signals and show tire pressure and temperature readings. If readings do not appear, refer to the Troubleshooting section for manual pairing instructions.
Upon pairing, the system automatically configures the current tire pressure as the reference point for alarm thresholds.
Arahan Operasi
1. Display Unit Overview
The Tymate TM2 features an adaptive backlight and an enhanced color LCD display for clear readings day or night. The display shows real-time pressure (PSI) and temperature (°F) for each tire.

Figure 3: TM2 TPMS in use, monitoring tire pressure during travel.
This image depicts the Tymate TM2 TPMS display unit mounted on a car dashboard, showing its digital readings, with a scenic road and an RV in the background, emphasizing its utility for long trips and RVs.
2. Alarm Modes and Thresholds
The system provides five distinct alarm modes to alert you to potential tire issues:
- Fast Leak Detection: Alerts immediately to rapid pressure loss.
- Makluman Tekanan Tinggi: Triggers if tire pressure exceeds the set high threshold.
- Makluman Tekanan Rendah: Triggers if tire pressure falls below the set low threshold.
- Amaran Suhu Tinggi: Alerts if tire temperature exceeds the set threshold.
- Penderia Vol Rendahtage Notification: Indicates a sensor battery needs replacement.
Menetapkan Ambang Penggera: The system automatically sets the current pressure as the reference point upon pairing. You can adjust alarm thresholds within an alarming range of +25% PSI to -15% PSI of the reference pressure. Refer to the display unit's specific button functions for detailed adjustment steps (usually involving long-pressing specific buttons to enter settings mode).
3. Pengurusan Kuasa
The display unit is powered by a built-in rechargeable battery, primarily charged via its integrated solar panel. When solar charging is insufficient (e.g., during prolonged cloudy weather or night driving), you can charge it via the USB port using the provided cable.
The external sensors are powered by CR1632 batteries, offering up to six months of operation and a maximum lifespan of two years.
Penyelenggaraan
1. Sensor Battery Replacement
When a "Sensor Low Voltage Notification" appears on the display, it's time to replace the battery in the affected sensor.
- Unscrew the sensor from the tire valve stem using the provided wrench to loosen the anti-theft nut first.
- Buka penderia dengan berhati-hati casing (usually by twisting or prying gently with a small tool).
- Keluarkan bateri CR1632 lama.
- Masukkan bateri CR1632 baharu, memastikan kekutuban yang betul.
- Tutup penderia casing dengan selamat.
- Reinstall the sensor onto the tire valve stem, securing it with the anti-theft nut.

Imej ini memberikan yang terperinci view of a single external tire pressure sensor, showing its robust design and the threaded interior for valve stem attachment.
2. Pembersihan
Lap unit paparan dan penderia dengan lembut, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents, as they may damage the device.
Menyelesaikan masalah
| Masalah | Kemungkinan Punca | Penyelesaian |
|---|---|---|
| Unit paparan tidak dihidupkan. | Bateri lemah. | Charge the display unit via USB or place it in direct sunlight. |
| No tire pressure readings. | Sensors not installed correctly or not paired; vehicle not moving. | Ensure sensors are securely installed. Drive the vehicle for a few minutes to activate sensors. If still no readings, manually pair sensors (refer to specific pairing instructions in the full manual, usually involving a reset or re-learn function on the display unit). |
| Bacaan tekanan yang tidak tepat. | Sensor not fully tightened; extreme temperature fluctuations. | Ensure sensors are tightly secured. Allow readings to stabilize after significant temperature changes. Compare with a reliable tire gauge. |
| Sensor low voltagpenggera e. | Bateri sensor lemah. | Replace the battery (CR1632) in the affected sensor as described in the Maintenance section. |
| Signal interference for long trailers. | Distance between sensor and display unit is too great. | For towing longer trailers (total length ≥ 3 meters), a signal repeater (not included) may be required to ensure consistent signal transmission. |
