1. Maklumat Keselamatan Penting

Baca semua amaran keselamatan, arahan, ilustrasi dan spesifikasi yang disediakan dengan alat kuasa ini. Kegagalan mematuhi semua arahan yang disenaraikan di bawah boleh mengakibatkan renjatan elektrik, kebakaran dan/atau kecederaan serius.

Amaran Keselamatan Alat Kuasa Am

• Keselamatan Kawasan Kerja: Pastikan kawasan kerja bersih dan terang. Kawasan bersepah atau gelap mengundang kemalangan. Jangan kendalikan alatan kuasa dalam atmosfera yang mudah meletup, seperti dalam kehadiran cecair mudah terbakar, gas atau habuk. Alat kuasa menghasilkan percikan api yang boleh menyalakan habuk atau asap.
• Keselamatan Elektrik: Palam alat kuasa mesti sepadan dengan alur keluar. Jangan sekali-kali mengubah suai palam dalam apa jua cara. Jangan gunakan sebarang palam penyesuai dengan alat kuasa yang dibumikan (dibumikan). Palam dan alur keluar sepadan yang tidak diubah suai akan mengurangkan risiko kejutan elektrik.
• Keselamatan Diri: Sentiasa berwaspada, perhatikan perkara yang anda lakukan dan gunakan akal semasa mengendalikan alat kuasa. Jangan gunakan alat kuasa semasa anda letih atau di bawah pengaruh dadah, alkohol atau ubat. Tanpa perhatian seketika semasa mengendalikan alatan kuasa boleh mengakibatkan kecederaan peribadi yang serius.
• Penggunaan dan Penjagaan Alat: Jangan paksa alat kuasa. Gunakan alat kuasa yang betul untuk aplikasi anda. Alat kuasa yang betul akan melakukan kerja dengan lebih baik dan lebih selamat pada kadar yang direka bentuk.
• Penggunaan dan Penjagaan Alat Bateri: Isi semula hanya dengan pengecas yang ditentukan oleh pengilang. Pengecas yang sesuai untuk satu jenis pek bateri mungkin menimbulkan risiko kebakaran apabila digunakan dengan pek bateri yang lain.

3. Persediaan

3.1 Mengecas Bateri

1. Connect the fast charger to a standard power outlet.
2. Slide the 4.0Ah Li-ion battery onto the charger until it clicks into place.
3. The charger's indicator light will show the charging status. A full charge typically takes 1 hour.
4. Setelah dicas sepenuhnya, keluarkan bateri daripada pengecas.

Nota: The battery features a smart power indicator to show the remaining charge level. Always ensure the battery is fully charged before extensive use.

3.2 Memasang/Membuang Bateri

• Pemasangan: Align the battery with the base of the impact wrench and slide it in until it locks securely.
• Pembuangan: Press the battery release button (usually located on the side of the battery) and slide the battery off the tool.

3.3 Attaching Accessories (Sockets, Drill Bits, Screwdriver Bits)

1. Ensure the tool is off and the safety lock is engaged.
2. For Sockets: Push the desired 1/2-inch square drive socket onto the anvil of the impact wrench until it clicks into place. To remove, pull the socket firmly off the anvil.
3. For Drill Bits/Screwdriver Bits (using Hex Strong Lock Converter):
   • Insert the hex strong lock converter into the 1/2-inch square drive anvil.
   • Insert the desired hex shank drill bit or screwdriver bit into the converter. The powerful locking ball will secure it.
   • To remove, pull the bit out of the converter.

4. Arahan Operasi

4.1 Powering On/Off and Safety Lock

• To power on, disengage the safety lock by pushing it to the side.
• To power off and prevent accidental starts, engage the safety lock by pushing it to the center position.

4.2 Operasi Hadapan/Undur

• The switch above the trigger controls the direction of rotation.
• Push the switch to the left for forward rotation (tightening nuts).
• Push the switch to the right for reverse rotation (removing nuts).
• Ensure the tool is stopped before changing direction.

4.3 Kawalan Kelajuan Boleh Ubah

• The trigger provides variable speed control. Apply gentle pressure for lower speeds and increased pressure for higher speeds.
• The tool also features two adjustable speed settings (High and Low) which can be selected via a button on the tool.
  • Mod Tinggi: Up to 3000 RPM for demanding tasks.
  • Mod Rendah: Up to 2200 RPM for precision work.

4.4 Advanced Intelligent Brake

When operating in reverse mode, the intelligent brake system will rapidly stop the rotation once the fastener is loose, preventing it from falling off. This feature enhances safety and efficiency, especially when working in tight spaces.

4.5 Menggunakan Lampu LED

The built-in LED light automatically illuminates when the trigger is pressed, providing visibility in dimly lit work areas. This eliminates the need for additional lighting.

5. Penyelenggaraan

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your KIMO Impact Wrench.

5.1 Pembersihan

• Sentiasa putuskan sambungan bateri sebelum membersihkan.
• Gunakan yang lembut, damp kain untuk mengelap alat. Jangan gunakan bahan kimia yang keras atau pembersih yang kasar.
• Keep ventilation openings clear of dust and debris to ensure proper cooling.

5.2 Penjagaan dan Penyimpanan Bateri

• Simpan bateri di tempat yang sejuk dan kering jauh dari cahaya matahari langsung dan suhu yang melampau.
• Jangan simpan bateri dalam keadaan dinyahcas untuk tempoh yang lama. Cas semula bateri secara berkala jika tidak digunakan.
• Elakkan daripada menjatuhkan atau merosakkan pek bateri secara fizikal.

5.3 Storan Am

• Store the impact wrench and its accessories in a clean, dry, and secure location, out of reach of children.
• Protect the tool from moisture and dust.
