1. Pengenalan

This manual provides essential information for the safe operation, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your iScooter iX8 Electric Scooter. Please read this manual thoroughly before your first ride to ensure proper use and to maximize the lifespan of your scooter. Retain this manual for future reference.

2. Maklumat Keselamatan

Mengendalikan skuter elektrik membawa risiko yang wujud. Untuk meminimumkan risiko ini, sentiasa patuhi garis panduan keselamatan berikut:

• Sentiasa pakai topi keledar dan peralatan pelindung yang sesuai (pelindung lutut, pelindung siku, sarung tangan) semasa menunggang.

• Jangan menunggang di bawah pengaruh alkohol atau dadah.

4. Persediaan dan Persediaan Awal

The iScooter iX8 arrives approximately 90% pre-assembled. Follow these steps for final assembly and initial preparation:

5. Caj Bateri Permulaan: Before your first ride, fully charge the battery. Connect the charger to the scooter's charging port and then to a power outlet. The charging indicator on the charger will change color (e.g., red to green) when fully charged. New batteries typically reach optimal range after the second full charge cycle.
6. Pemeriksaan Tekanan Tayar: Verify that the 12-inch pneumatic off-road tires are inflated to the recommended pressure. Refer to the tire sidewall for specific pressure recommendations.

5. Arahan Operasi

5.1 Hidupkan/Mati Kuasa dan Paparan

To power on the scooter, press and hold the power button on the Smart LCD screen. Press and hold again to power off. The display shows speed, battery level, and other riding information.

5.2 Speed Modes and Dual Motor Control

The iX8 features dual 1200W motors and multiple speed settings. You can switch between single and dual-drive modes. Speed options range up to 61 km/h in dual-drive mode. Use the control keyboard to select your desired speed mode (e.g., ECO, RACE, SPORT) and motor configuration.

5.3 Sistem Brek

The scooter is equipped with dual disc brakes and electronic cut-off brakes for reliable stopping power. Always apply brakes smoothly and gradually to avoid sudden stops, especially at higher speeds or on uneven terrain.

5.4 Lighting and Turn Signals

The iX8 includes a bright U5 headlight, integrated turn signals, colorful deck side lights, and a rear safety tail light. Ensure all lights are on when riding in low-light conditions or at night. Use the turn signal button to indicate your direction changes.

5.5 Mekanisme Lipatan

For storage and transport, the iX8 features a quick folding mechanism. To fold, ensure the scooter is powered off. Locate the folding latch/lever on the steering column, release it, and carefully fold the column down towards the deck until it locks into its folded position. Reverse the process to unfold.

5.6 Riding on Various Terrains

Equipped with 12-inch off-road pneumatic tires and dual suspension, the iX8 is designed to handle a variety of surfaces. While capable on rough trails, exercise caution and reduce speed when riding on uneven, slippery, or loose terrain.

6. Penyelenggaraan

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your iX8 scooter:

• Pembersihan: Lap skuter dengan iklanamp cloth. Do not use high-pressure water or immerse the scooter in water.
• Penjagaan Bateri:
  • Cas bateri secara berkala, walaupun tidak digunakan, untuk mengekalkan kesihatannya.
  • Elakkan bateri habis sepenuhnya.
  • Store the scooter in a cool, dry place when not in use for extended periods, with the battery charged to about 50-70%.
