Designed for efficiency and convenience, this unit features self-adjusting temperature control, a clear digital display, and multiple safety protections. It is an ideal solution for various applications where instant hot water is desired, such as kitchen sinks, bathrooms, RVs, or food trucks.

3. Persediaan (Panduan Pemasangan)

3.1. Nota Pra-Pemasangan

• Ensure the KFU65 model meets your installation requirements: 6.5KW - 240 Volts with a maximum ampera 29A.
• Memerlukan 1 x 30 Amp Double-Pole (DP) breaker dan 10# AWG wiring with ground.
• Unit dimensions: 8.5” (W) x 9 ” (H) x 2.6” (D).
• Water connection: 1/2" NPT.
• Not suitable for showering or areas with incoming water temperature below 60℉.
• The unit is portable and wall-mountable, designed for compact spaces.
• Comes with a 1.2-meter power cord (does not include a plug).

3.2. Memasang Unit

1. Choose a suitable wall location near the water supply and electrical panel.
2. Securely mount the unit to the wall using the provided rubber plugs and screws. Ensure it is level and stable.

3.3. Sambungan Air

1. Connect the 1/2-inch NPT inlet (blue) to your cold water supply line. The water inlet is equipped with a filter screen.
2. Connect the 1/2-inch NPT outlet (red) to your hot water fixture.
3. Pastikan semua sambungan rapat untuk mengelakkan kebocoran.

3.4. Sambungan elektrik

1. A separate 240V circuit installation is required.
2. Connect the live wires (L1, L2) and grounding wire (G) from your electrical panel to the corresponding terminals on the water heater.
3. Pastikan 30 Amp DP breaker is installed correctly.

4. Arahan Operasi

4.1. Powering On and Digital Display

Once installed and connected, turn on the power. The digital display will illuminate, showing the current water temperature. The unit provides instant hot water, reaching 86℉ within 3 seconds.

4.2. Kawalan Suhu

• Use the '+' and '-' buttons on the unit to adjust the desired water temperature. The maximum temperature is 131 Degrees Fahrenheit.
• The self-regulating technology automatically adjusts power input based on real-time flow and temperature settings to maintain your desired temperature.

4.3. Ciri-ciri Penjimatan Tenaga

The WINTEMP tankless water heater is designed for high energy efficiency. When water flow decreases, the system reduces power usage. When not in use, it consumes no energy, leading to significant savings on water heating costs (up to 50% compared to traditional tank heaters).

• Pembersihan Skrin Penapis: Periodically check and clean the filter screen at the water inlet to prevent debris buildup and maintain optimal water flow.
• Pembersihan Luaran: Lap bahagian luar dengan lembut, damp kain. Jangan gunakan pembersih atau pelarut yang melelas.
• Pemeriksaan Profesional: It is recommended to have a qualified technician inspect the unit annually to ensure all components are functioning correctly and safely.

6. Penyelesaian masalah

If you encounter issues with your WINTEMP Electric Tankless Water Heater, refer to the following common troubleshooting steps:

• Tiada Air Panas: Check the power supply and circuit breaker. Ensure the unit is receiving 240V power. Verify water flow is adequate.
• Air Panas tidak mencukupi: Ensure the incoming water temperature is above 60℉. Check for any blockages in the water lines or filter screen. Verify the temperature setting on the unit.
• Kod Ralat: If an error code appears on the digital display, consult the full operation and installation instructions manual for specific meanings and solutions.
• Kebocoran: Check all water connections for tightness. If leaks persist, turn off the water supply and power, then contact customer support.
