4. Panduan Persediaan

Follow these steps to set up your BrosTrend 5-Port 2.5G Ethernet Switch:

1. Sambungkan Penyesuai Kuasa: Plug the included power adapter into the power interface of the Ethernet switch and then into a power outlet. The power LED indicator on the switch will illuminate green.
2. Connect to Your Router: Use an Ethernet cable (Cat5e or higher recommended for optimal performance) to connect any of the 5 ports on the switch to an Ethernet (LAN) port on your WiFi router. Any port on the switch can function as an uplink port.

The BrosTrend 5-Port 2.5G Ethernet Switch is an unmanaged device, meaning it operates automatically without requiring any software configuration or management. Once connected as described in the Setup Guide, the switch will automatically detect and negotiate the optimal speed for each connected device (2.5G/1G/100M), providing seamless network connectivity.

• Tiada Kuasa: Ensure the power adapter is securely connected to the switch and a working power outlet. Check if the power LED is illuminated.
• Tiada Pautan/Aktiviti: Verify that Ethernet cables are securely connected to both the switch and the connected device. Ensure the connected device is powered on and functioning correctly. Try a different Ethernet cable.
• Kelajuan Perlahan: Confirm that you are using Cat5e or higher standard Ethernet cables. Ensure your connected devices and router support 2.5 Gbps speeds to fully utilize the switch's capabilities.
• Sambungan Terputus-putus: Check for loose cable connections. Ensure the switch is not placed near sources of strong electromagnetic interference.
