4. Persediaan

4.1. Pemasangan Bateri

4.3. Cuff Selection and Connection

Choosing the correct cuff size is crucial for accurate readings. Measure your upper arm circumference and select the appropriate cuff:

• Small Cuff: 7"-9" (17-22 sm)
• Medium/Large Cuff: 9"-17" (22-42 sm)
• XL Extra Large Cuff: 13"-21" (33-53 sm)

To connect the cuff:

1. Insert the air tube connector of the selected cuff firmly into the air jack on the side of the monitor.

The monitor includes a color-coded WHO (World Health Organization) classification bar on the left side of the display. This bar visually indicates the range your blood pressure falls into, helping you understand your readings at a glance.
