3. Persediaan

3.1 Mengecas Fon telinga dan Sarung

Sebelum penggunaan pertama, cas sepenuhnya kedua-dua fon telinga dan bekas pengecasan.

1. Mengecas Kes: Connect the provided USB Type-C cable to the charging port on the case and the other end to a USB power adapter (not included). The indicator lights on the case will show the charging status. A full charge takes approximately 1.5 hours.
2. Mengecas fon telinga: Place the earbuds into their respective slots in the charging case. Ensure they are correctly seated. The earbuds will automatically begin charging. The case's indicator lights will confirm charging.

3.2 Berpasangan dengan Peranti

The AWEI T13 Pro earbuds utilize Bluetooth 5.3 for a stable connection.

1. Gandingan Awal:

   • On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop, TV), enable Bluetooth.

5.1 Pembersihan

If you encounter any issues with your AWEI T13 Pro earbuds, refer to the following common solutions:

• Fon telinga tidak berpasangan:
  • Pastikan kedua-dua fon telinga dicas.
  • Matikan Bluetooth pada peranti anda dan hidupkannya semula.
  • Forget/delete "AWEI T13 Pro" from your device's Bluetooth list and try pairing again.
  • Place earbuds back in the case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, then open and try pairing.
• Tiada bunyi dari satu fon telinga:
