The PANACARE Blood Pressure Monitor can be powered by two methods:
- 4 x AA Batteries (NOT Included): Open the battery compartment on the back of the device and insert four AA batteries, ensuring correct polarity.
- Wayar USB: Connect the provided USB cable to the monitor and plug the other end into a USB power adapter (not included) or a USB port on a computer/power bank.

Connect the air tube from the upper arm cuff securely into the air jack on the side of the blood pressure monitor. Ensure the connection is firm to prevent air leakage during measurement.
Arahan Operasi
Sebelum Pengukuran
- Rehat sekurang-kurangnya 5 minit sebelum mengambil ukuran.

- Pasangkan Manset: Wrap the cuff around your bare upper arm, approximately 2-3 cm above the elbow. Ensure the air tube runs down the center of your arm. The cuff should be snug but not too tight (you should be able to insert two fingers).
- Position Your Arm: Rest your arm comfortably on a table with your palm facing upwards.

Understanding the 3-Color Backlit Display

- hijau: Indicates a normal blood pressure reading (below 140mmHg).
- Kuning Muda: Indicates mild to moderate hypertension (140-180mmHg).
