4. Persediaan

4.1. Mengecas Peranti

  1. Connect the power adapter to the charging port on the printer.

4.3. Menghidupkan/Mematikan

  • Hidupkan kuasa: Tekan dan tahan butang kuasa sehingga skrin menyala.

5. Arahan Operasi

5.1. Menavigasi Skrin Sentuh

The 4.3-inch HD capacitive touchscreen allows intuitive control. Tap icons to select functions, swipe to navigate menus, and use the on-screen keyboard for text input.

5.2. Creating a Print Job

  1. From the main menu, select "New Print Job" or "Edit Print Job".
  2. Choose the content type: Teks, tarikh, Masa, Logo, Kaunter, atau Barcode/QR Code.
  3. Untuk Teks: Enter your desired text using the on-screen keyboard.
  4. For Date/Time: Select the desired format.
  5. For Logo: Import images via USB (supported formats: BMP, JPEG).
  6. Adjust parameters such as font, size, bold/italic, alignment, and print density as needed.
  7. Praview the print job on the screen to ensure accuracy.
  8. Save the print job for future use.

5.3. Proses Mencetak

  • Manual Printing:
    1. Select the desired print job from the main menu.
    2. Position the printer's print head firmly and evenly against the surface to be printed.
    3. Press the trigger button to initiate printing while smoothly moving the printer across the surface.
  • Automatic Printing (Assembly Line Integration):
    1. Connect a compatible photoelectric sensor to the designated port on the printer.
    2. In the printer settings, enable "Photoelectric Printing Mode".
    3. Calibrate the sensor according to the assembly line setup.
    4. When an item passes the sensor, the printer will automatically activate and print the selected job.

Ensure the print head is clean and the surface is suitable for printing to achieve optimal results.

6. Penyelenggaraan

Regular cleaning of the print head is crucial for maintaining print quality.

  1. Matikan pencetak.
  2. Gently wipe the print head surface with a lint-free cloth lightly dampened with isopropyl alcohol or a specialized print head cleaning solution.

  4. Allow the print head to dry completely before powering on the printer.

6.2. Replacing the Ink Cartridge

When the ink level is low or the cartridge is empty:

  1. Matikan pencetak.
  2. Open the ink cartridge bay.
  3. Carefully remove the empty BB22B ink cartridge.
  4. Insert a new BB22B ink cartridge as described in Section 4.2.
  5. Dispose of the empty cartridge responsibly according to local regulations.

6.3. Penyimpanan

Store the printer in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Ensure the ink cartridge is properly installed or stored with its protective cap on to prevent drying.
