4. Pemasangan

This electric fireplace can be installed either recessed into a wall or mounted directly onto a wall surface. Ensure the power supply is disconnected before beginning installation.

4.1 Pemasangan Tersembunyi

For recessed installation, prepare a wall opening according to the minimum dimensions provided above. Ensure there is adequate clearance around the unit for ventilation and maintenance. Secure the fireplace unit within the opening using the provided mounting hardware.

4.2 Pemasangan Dipasang di Dinding

For wall-mounted installation, select a suitable wall location away from combustible materials. Attach the wall mounting bracket to the wall using appropriate fasteners for your wall type. Carefully lift and hang the fireplace unit onto the bracket, ensuring it is securely seated.

4.3 Pemasangan Media

The fireplace comes with both crystal and artificial log media. These can be freely placed into the fuel bed area before securing the front glass panel. Choose the media that best suits your aesthetic preference.

4.4 Video Pemasangan

5. Arahan Operasi

Your Valuxhome electric fireplace can be operated using the touch screen panel on the unit or the included remote control.

5.1 Panel Kawalan dan Alat Kawalan Jauh

The control panel is located on the front of the fireplace. The remote control provides convenient access to all functions from a distance.

5.2 Hidupkan/Mati Kuasa

Press the power button on the control panel or remote to turn the fireplace on or off.

5.3 Flame and Fuel Bed Colors

Cycle through 13 different flame colors and 13 fuel bed colors using the dedicated buttons on the control panel or remote. The flame and bed light can be displayed with or without the heating function active.

5.4 Fungsi Pemanasan

Select between 750W (Low) or 1500W (High) heating modes. The temperature can be adjusted from 62°F to 86°F. For optimal heating, it is recommended to start with a lower temperature and increase it after approximately 30 minutes to allow for more even and rapid temperature rise. The heating function can operate independently of the flame display.

5.5 Fungsi Pemasa

Set the built-in timer for automatic shut-off from 1 to 9 hours. This feature helps conserve energy and provides peace of mind.

6. Penyelenggaraan

Penyelenggaraan tetap memastikan jangka hayat dan prestasi optimum perapian elektrik anda.

• Pembersihan: Sentiasa cabut plag perapian sebelum membersihkan. Gunakan yang lembut, damp kain untuk mengelap permukaan luar. Jangan gunakan pembersih atau semburan yang kasar.
• Pengudaraan: Ensure the air vents are clear of dust and debris to prevent overheating.
• Storan: If storing the fireplace for an extended period, ensure it is clean and dry, and store it in a cool, dry place.

7. Penyelesaian masalah

Jika anda mengalami masalah dengan pendiang api anda, rujuk masalah dan penyelesaian biasa berikut:

• Tiada Kuasa: Check if the power cord is securely plugged into a working outlet. Verify the circuit breaker has not tripped.
• Tiada haba: Ensure the heating function is turned on and the temperature setting is above the ambient room temperature. Check if the overheating protection has been activated (unplug, wait 10-15 minutes, then plug back in).
• Alat Kawalan Jauh Tidak Berfungsi: Gantikan bateri pada alat kawalan jauh. Pastikan tiada halangan antara alat kawalan jauh dan sensor pendiang api.
• Bunyi Luar Biasa: A slight fan noise is normal during heating operation. If unusual or loud noises occur, discontinue use and contact customer support.
