1. Pengenalan
This manual provides essential information for the safe operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your INGCO CSLI14021 20V Cordless Circular Saw. Please read it thoroughly before using the tool and keep it for future reference.
2. Arahan Keselamatan Am
Sentiasa ikuti langkah berjaga-jaga keselamatan asas untuk mengurangkan risiko kebakaran, kejutan elektrik dan kecederaan diri. Simpan manual ini untuk rujukan masa hadapan.
- Keselamatan Kawasan Kerja: Pastikan kawasan kerja bersih dan terang. Kawasan bersepah atau gelap mengundang kemalangan. Jangan kendalikan alatan kuasa dalam atmosfera yang mudah meletup, seperti di hadapan cecair mudah terbakar, gas atau habuk.

4. Persediaan dan Pemasangan
4.1. Pemasangan dan Pengecasan Bateri
Ensure the battery is fully charged before first use. Insert the charged 20V 4.0Ah battery pack into the tool until it clicks into place. To remove, press the release button and pull the battery out.
4.2. Pemasangan Bilah
- Pastikan alat dimatikan dan bateri dikeluarkan.
- Tekan butang kunci gelendong untuk mengelakkan bilah daripada berputar.
- Use the provided hexagonal wrench to loosen the blade retaining screw.
- Carefully remove the old blade and install the new 140mm blade, ensuring the teeth are pointing in the correct direction of rotation.
- Tighten the blade retaining screw firmly with the hexagonal wrench while holding the spindle lock.

4.3. Melaraskan Kedalaman Pemotongan
The cutting depth can be adjusted to suit the thickness of the material. Loosen the depth adjustment lever, set the desired depth, and then secure the lever. The maximum cutting depth is 50 mm at 90 degrees.

4.4. Melaraskan Sudut Serong
For angled cuts, loosen the bevel adjustment knob, tilt the saw base to the desired angle (0-45 degrees), and then tighten the knob. The maximum cutting depth at 45 degrees is 33 mm.

5. Arahan Operasi
5.1. Bermula dan Berhenti
To start the saw, press the safety lock button and then squeeze the switch trigger. To stop, release the switch trigger. The safety lock prevents accidental startup.
5.2. Membuat Potongan
- Kencangkan benda kerja dengan kuat untuk mengelakkan pergerakan semasa memotong.
- Align the saw blade with your cutting line.
- Mulakan gergaji sebelum bilah menyentuh bahan kerja.
- Maintain a firm grip on the saw and guide it smoothly through the material. Do not force the saw.
- Allow the blade to stop completely before setting the tool down.

6. Penyelenggaraan
Penyelenggaraan tetap memastikan prestasi optimum dan memanjangkan hayat alat anda.
- Pembersihan: After each use, clean the tool with a soft, dry cloth. Remove any sawdust or debris from the blade guard, dust port, and ventilation openings. Do not use solvents.
- Pemeriksaan Bilah: Regularly inspect the saw blade for sharpness and damage. Replace dull or damaged blades immediately.
- Penjagaan Bateri: Simpan bateri di tempat yang sejuk dan kering jauh dari cahaya matahari langsung. Jangan simpan bateri yang telah dinyahcas sepenuhnya untuk tempoh yang lama.
- Pemeriksaan Am: Periksa semua skru dan pengikat untuk memastikan ia ketat. Pastikan semua bahagian yang bergerak beroperasi dengan lancar.
