4. Persediaan

Before using your multimeter, ensure the batteries are installed and test leads are correctly connected.

4.1. Pemasangan Bateri

The MS8301B requires 2 LR44 batteries (included). To install or replace batteries:

  1. Set the rotary switch to the appropriate current range (A−, mA−, atau μA−).

  3. For 10A measurements, connect the red test lead to the A jack. For mA/μA measurements, connect the red test lead to the mAμA jek.
  4. Disconnect power to the circuit. Open the circuit where current is to be measured.

  6. Apply power to the circuit and read the current value on the display.

5.6. AC Current Measurement (A∼, mA∼, μA∼)

  1. Set the rotary switch to the appropriate current range (A∼, mA∼, atau μA∼).

  3. For 10A measurements, connect the red test lead to the A jack. For mA/μA measurements, connect the red test lead to the mAμA jek.

5.7. Frequency (Hz) and Duty Cycle (%) Measurement

  1. Set the rotary switch to a voltage or current range where frequency/duty cycle is applicable (e.g., V∼ or A∼).

  5. Close the case and secure it.

If your multimeter is not functioning as expected, check the following common issues:
