2. Maklumat Keselamatan

4. Arahan Persediaan
4.1 Inflating the SUP Board
- Unroll the SUP board on a clean, flat surface.
- Locate the inflation valve. Ensure the valve pin is in the "up" position (closed) to prevent air from escaping.
- Attach the pump hose to the valve.
- Begin pumping. The board should be firm to the touch. Inflate to the recommended pressure, typically between 12-15 PSI (check the board's valve area for specific pressure recommendations). A firmer board provides better stability and glide. Inflation usually takes 5-10 minutes.
- Once inflated, quickly detach the pump hose and secure the valve cap.
4.2 Attaching the Fins
The board comes with a central sliding fin. For optimal performance, ensure it is correctly installed.
- Slide the central fin into its fin box.
- Secure it with the provided clip or screw.
4.3 Assembling the Windsurfing Sail
The 2 m² windsurfing sail is designed for easy assembly and provides excellent performance in various wind conditions.
- Unpack the sail, mast, and boom from the mast bag.
- Assemble the mast sections according to the instructions provided with the sail.
- Insert the assembled mast into the mast sleeve of the sail.
- Attach the boom to the mast at a comfortable height.
- Secure the sail to the mast and boom using the ropes and fittings. Ensure the sail is taut but not over-tensioned.
- Attach the mast base to the designated mast track or insert on the SUP board.
4.4 Attaching the Camera Mount
The integrated camera mount allows you to capture your water adventures. Simply attach your compatible action camera to the mount before use.
5. Arahan Operasi
5.1 Stand-Up Paddleboarding (SUP)
- Memasuki Air: Carry the inflated board to the water's edge using the central handle. Gently push it into the water until it floats.
- melutut: Start by kneeling on the center of the board, just behind the handle. Use your paddle to stabilize yourself and get a feel for the board's balance.
- Berdiri: Once comfortable kneeling, place your paddle across the board in front of you. Place your hands on the board, one on each side of the handle. Bring one foot up to where your knee was, then the other. Slowly stand up, keeping your knees slightly bent and your core engaged. Your feet should be parallel, hip-width apart, centered on the board.
- Kayuh: Hold the paddle with one hand on the top handle and the other on the shaft. Reach forward, immerse the blade fully in the water, and pull it back towards your feet. Alternate sides to maintain a straight course.
- Berpusing: To turn, paddle on one side only, or perform a sweep stroke by paddling in a wide arc away from the board.
5.2 Windsurfing
With the windsurfing sail attached, your SUP board transforms into a windsurfer. This compact sail is suitable for various wind conditions and offers excellent maneuverability.
- Memasuki Air: Carefully carry the board with the assembled sail to the water.
- Uphauling the Sail: Stand on the board, straddling the mast base. Use the uphaul rope to pull the sail out of the water. Keep your knees bent and back straight.
- Basic Stance: Once the sail is up, hold the boom with both hands. Your front hand should be closer to the mast, and your back hand further back. Lean your body slightly back, using your weight to counteract the wind in the sail.
- Pemandu: To steer, adjust the sail's angle relative to the wind (sheeting in or out) and shift your weight. Leaning the sail forward (towards the nose of the board) will turn the board downwind, while leaning it back (towards the tail) will turn it upwind.
- Falling and Recovery: If you fall, release the boom and let the sail fall into the water. Recover by uphauling the sail again.

- Pembersihan: After each use, rinse the SUP board and sail with fresh water to remove salt, sand, and dirt. Allow all components to dry completely before storage.
