4.2 Wired Control Method

For wired control, connect the ESC to a PWM speed button or a microcontroller. The thruster requires an ESC to rotate, and the ESC needs a PWM signal.

  1. Connect the three wires from the thruster to the three output wires of the ESC. The connection order of these three wires can be random.
  2. Connect the power input wires of the ESC (red and black) to your 24V power source (e.g., 6S LiPo battery).
  3. Connect the PWM signal line from the ESC to your control device (e.g., PWM speed button). Ensure the signal line is correctly connected to the "OUT" port, with the small white, red, and black wires connected to S+, +, and - respectively.
  4. If the water outlet direction is incorrect, switch any two of the three wires connecting the thruster to the ESC.

4.3 Wireless Control Method

For wireless control, you will need a remote control with a receiver (not included with the thruster). The receiver connects to the ESC.

  1. Connect the three wires from the thruster to the three output wires of the ESC. The connection order of these three wires can be random.
  2. Connect the power input wires of the ESC (red and black) to your 24V power source.
  3. Connect the receiver's throttle channel output to the PWM signal line of the ESC. The small white, red, and black wires should be connected to S+, +, and - respectively.
  4. If the ESC does not have a 5V BEC output and cannot power the receiver, you will need to provide additional power to the remote control receiver.
  5. If the water outlet direction is incorrect, switch any two of the three wires connecting the thruster to the ESC.

5. Arahan Operasi

The U92 thruster operates in conjunction with the 100A Bi-Directional ESC. The ESC interprets PWM signals to control the thruster's speed and direction.
