2. Maklumat Keselamatan

• Always use the jack on a hard, level surface.
• Pastikan brek parkir kenderaan telah digunakan dan roda telah tersekat sebelum mengangkatnya.
• Never work under a vehicle supported only by a jack. Always use appropriately rated jack stands to support the vehicle after lifting.
• Do not exceed the rated capacity of 3 tons.
• Position the jack saddle only at vehicle manufacturer's recommended lifting points.
• Do not use the jack for purposes other than lifting vehicles.

3. Persediaan

1. Membongkar: Carefully remove the floor jack and all components from the packaging. Inspect for any damage.
2. Perhimpunan pemegang: Insert the handle into the handle sleeve on the jack. The handle is easily removable for convenient storage.
3. Bleeding Air (Initial Use): Before first use, or if the jack has been stored for a long time, it may be necessary to bleed air from the hydraulic system.

   • Pump the handle up and down rapidly 10-15 times.
   • Turn the release valve clockwise to close it. The jack should now operate correctly.

4. Operasi

4.1. Lifting the Vehicle (Jack Up)

1. Confirm the jack and vehicle are on a firm, flat surface.
2. Always set the vehicle's parking brake and block the wheels that will remain on the ground.
3. Consult your vehicle's owner's manual to locate the correct jacking points. Position the jack saddle directly under the designated jacking point.
4. Turn the release valve clockwise to tighten it. Do not overtighten.
5. Insert the handle into the handle sleeve and pump the handle up and down to raise the jack to the desired height. The jack offers a wide adjustment range from a minimum height of 78mm to a maximum height of 508mm.
6. Once the vehicle is lifted, immediately place appropriately rated jack stands under the vehicle at the manufacturer's specified support points. Never get under a vehicle supported only by the jack. Jacks are not designed to maintain heavy loads for long periods. Do not set jack stands under both ends or one side of the vehicle simultaneously.
7. Slowly turn the release valve counter-clockwise to lower the load onto the jack stands.

4.2. Lowering the Vehicle (Jack Down)

1. Turn the release valve clockwise to tighten it.
2. Pump the handle to slightly lift the vehicle off the jack stands.

4. Slowly turn the release valve counter-clockwise to lower the vehicle to the ground.

8. Waranti

This BIG RED floor jack comes with a Waranti 1 tahun from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, alteration, accident, or lack of proper maintenance. Please retain your proof of purchase for warranty claims.
