1. Pengenalan

The Peteme Smart Recessed Lighting Gateway Hub is designed to connect and control your Peteme smart recessed lights, enabling advanced features such as music synchronization, voice control via Alexa and Google Assistant, and customizable lighting effects. This manual provides detailed instructions for setup, operation, and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.

5.1. Recessed Light Installation

Before installing the recessed lights, ensure the power is turned off at the circuit breaker. Follow these steps to install your Peteme smart recessed lights:

1. Cut a 100mm hole in the ceiling for each light.
2. Connect the wires from the ceiling to the junction box: green with green (ground), black with black (live), and white with white (neutral). Use wire nuts to secure connections.
3. Push the wired junction box into the ceiling hole.
4. Connect the recessed light fixture to the junction box.
5. Push the recessed light fixture into the ceiling hole until it is flush.

5.2. Gateway Hub Connection

The Gateway Hub facilitates communication between your smart lights and your home network. Connect the hub as follows:

1. Plug in the Gateway Hub to a power source.
2. Long press the reset button on the side of the SIG Mesh Hub until the red indicator light flashes.

4. Click the "+" icon in the upper right corner to add a device. The hub should pop up as a discoverable device.
5. Select the Gateway and enter your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi password.

5.3. Connecting Recessed Lights to the Hub

Once the Gateway Hub is set up, you can connect your recessed lights:

1. Ensure the recessed lights are powered on.
2. Turn the recessed lights on and off three times consecutively to set them into setup mode (they will flash).
3. In the Smart Life app, navigate to the Gateway device page.
4. Click "Search new device" or "Add device by list".
5. Confirm that the lights are flashing and select "Light is in a flash". The lights will be automatically added to the hub.

• Penjadualan: Set schedules for your lights to turn on/off at specific times.
• Kawalan Kumpulan: Control multiple lights simultaneously by grouping them in the app.
• Kawalan Individu: Adjust settings for each light independently.

6.2. Kawalan Suara dengan Alexa

Integrate your Peteme smart lights with Amazon Alexa for convenient voice control:

1. Buka apl Amazon Alexa.
2. Click the "+" icon in the upper right corner to add a device.
3. Select "Light" or search for "Peteme" to find your device.
4. Follow the on-screen prompts to connect your Echo device to Wi-Fi and link your Smart Life account with Alexa.
5. Once linked, you can use voice commands such as: "Alexa, turn on [light name]", "Alexa, set [light name] to blue", or "Alexa, dim [light name] to 50%".

7. Penyelenggaraan

• Pembersihan: Ensure the power is off before cleaning. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the surface of the hub and lights. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Semakan Sambungan: Periodically check all wiring connections to ensure they are secure.
• Kemas Kini Perisian: Keep your Smart Life and Alexa/Google Home apps updated to the latest versions for optimal performance and new features.

8. Penyelesaian masalah
