4. Arahan Operasi

1. Ensure the thermometer is clean and disinfected.
2. Press the ON/OFF button to turn on the thermometer. Wait for "Lo" to appear on the display.
3. Place the sensor in the appropriate measuring position:
   • Oral Measurement: Place the thermometer tip under the tongue, to the left or right of the tongue root. Hold the thermometer with your tongue and hand. Keep mouth shut and breathe normally through the nose.
   • Axillary (Armpit) Measurement: Place the thermometer tip in the center of the armpit. Clamp the armpit tightly to ensure good contact.
   • Rectal Measurement: Carefully insert the thermometer tip into the rectum.
4. Hold the thermometer in place until the measurement is complete (approximately 9 seconds). A beeping sound will indicate the completion of the measurement.
5. Read the temperature displayed on the LCD screen. The backlight color will indicate the temperature range:
   • hijau: Normal temperature (<99.50°F / <37.50°C)
   • Biru: Medium temperature (99.50°F ≤ T < 101.30°F / 37.50°C ≤ T < 38.50°C)
   • Kuning: High temperature (≥101.30°F / ≥38.50°C) - accompanied by a fever alarm.
6. After use, clean the thermometer as described in the Maintenance section.
7. The thermometer will automatically shut down after approximately 6 seconds of inactivity to conserve battery. You can also manually turn it off by pressing the ON/OFF button.

Switching Between °F and °C:

To switch between Fahrenheit (°F) and Celsius (°C), turn off the thermometer. Then, press and hold the ON/OFF button for approximately 3 seconds until the unit changes on the display.
