1. Pengenalan

Welcome to the Cozze Deluxe Plancha user manual. This high-performance outdoor grill is designed to elevate your culinary experience on terraces and balconies. 2. Maklumat Keselamatan

Please read all safety warnings and instructions carefully before assembling and operating your Cozze Plancha. Failure to follow these instructions could result in fire, explosion, or serious injury.

• Penggunaan Luaran Sahaja: Perkakas ini hanya untuk kegunaan luar sahaja. Jangan kendalikan di dalam rumah atau di ruang tertutup.
• Pengudaraan: Ensure adequate ventilation around the appliance. Do not obstruct airflow.
• Bahan mudah terbakar: Keep the plancha at a safe distance from any flammable materials, structures, or surfaces.
• Sambungan Gas: Always ensure gas connections are tight and leak-free. Perform a leak test with soapy water before each use. A gas hose and regulator are required for operation and are sold separately.
• Permukaan Panas: The plancha surfaces become extremely hot during operation. Use heat-resistant gloves and avoid direct contact. Allow the appliance to cool completely before cleaning or moving.

• Permukaan Stabil: Always place the plancha on a stable, level, non-combustible surface.

Nota: A gas hose and regulator are essential for the operation of this plancha and are tidak termasuk in the package. These must be purchased separately and be compatible with your local gas supply regulations.

4. Persediaan

1. Membongkar: Carefully remove all packaging materials from the plancha. Retain packaging for future storage or transport if needed.
2. penempatan: Position the plancha on a flat, stable, non-combustible outdoor surface, such as a patio table or dedicated outdoor kitchen unit. Ensure there is sufficient clearance from walls and other objects (minimum 1 meter from combustible materials).

   • If bubbles appear, there is a leak. Close the gas valve immediately and re-tighten connections. Repeat the test. If leaks persist, do not use the appliance and contact a qualified technician.
5. Pembakaran Awal: Before first use, operate the plancha on high heat for 10-15 minutes to burn off any manufacturing residues. Ensure good ventilation during this process.

5. Arahan Operasi

1. Menyalakan Pembakar:
   • Pastikan injap silinder gas terbuka.
   • Push in and turn one control knob counter-clockwise to the "HIGH" position. You should hear a clicking sound from the igniter.
   • If the burner does not light within 5 seconds, turn the knob to "OFF", wait 5 minutes for gas to dissipate, and try again.
   • Once the first burner is lit, you can light additional burners by pushing in and turning their respective knobs to the desired setting.
2. Kawalan Suhu: The control knobs allow you to adjust the flame intensity from "LOW" to "HIGH", providing precise temperature control for different types of food.
3. Prapemanasan: For best results, preheat the plancha for 5-10 minutes on medium-high heat before placing food on the cooking surface.
4. Memasak: Lightly oil the cooking surface before placing food. Cook food evenly, turning as needed. The enameled surface is ideal for searing, grilling, and frying.
