3. Persediaan

3.1 Pemasangan Bateri

1. Unscrew the battery cap at the rear of the pinpointer by twisting it counter-clockwise.
2. Insert the provided 9V Lithium Ion battery, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
3. Screw the battery cap back on clockwise until it is securely tightened to maintain the waterproof seal.

Note: Ensure the battery cap is fully tightened to prevent water ingress, especially when using the device in wet conditions.

4. Arahan Operasi

4.1 Hidupkan/Mati Kuasa

Press and hold the power button (usually the central button) for a few seconds until the LCD screen illuminates and the device emits a short beep/vibration to indicate it is powered on. To power off, press and hold the power button again until the screen turns off.

4.2 Mod Pengesanan

The pinpointer offers 3 detection modes:

1. Sound and Vibration Mode: Press the mode button once. The device will beep and vibrate upon metal detection.
2. Mod Suara: Press the mode button a second time. The device will only beep upon metal detection.
3. Mod Getaran: Press the mode button a third time. The device will only vibrate upon metal detection.

4.3 LED Light and LCD Display

• Lampu LED: The integrated LED light automatically activates when the device is powered on, providing illumination for low-light conditions.
• Skrin LCD: The LCD screen displays the detection strength. As the pinpointer approaches a metal target, the signal strength indicator on the LCD screen will increase.

• Battery Cap Tightness: A common issue can be an insufficiently tightened battery cap. Ensure it is twisted on firmly. If the battery connection is loose, try placing a small, non-conductive wedge (e.g., a piece of folded paper) between the battery and the cap to ensure a snug fit.
