This manual provides detailed instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of your IMEX BTM039-4OC MONZA Thermostatic Telescopic Bath/Shower Kit. 4. Persediaan dan Pemasangan
4.1 Pemeriksaan Pra-Pemasangan
- Ensure hot and cold water supply lines are accessible and correctly marked.
- Confirm wall structure is suitable for wall-mount installation and can support the fixture's weight.
- Flush water lines to remove any debris before connecting the valve.
4.2 Wall Mounting the Thermostatic Valve

- Position the thermostatic valve assembly on the wall at the desired height. Mark the drilling points for the mounting brackets.

- Connect the bathtub spout to its designated outlet on the valve.
- Connect one end of the shower hose to the hand shower outlet on the valve.

- Mount the hand shower holder to the wall at a convenient height using the provided hardware.

5. Arahan Operasi
5.1 Kawalan Aliran Air
The single handle controls both water flow and temperature. Rotate the handle to adjust the water flow from off to full. The handle typically moves from left to right for flow control.
5.2 Temperature Control (Thermostatic Function)
The thermostatic valve maintains a constant water temperature, preventing sudden changes. To adjust the temperature, rotate the handle. There is usually a safety stop button or ring to prevent accidental scalding. Press and hold this button while rotating the handle past the preset safety temperature (typically 38°C / 100°F) to achieve higher temperatures.
5.3 Diverter Function
To switch water flow between the bathtub spout and the hand shower, use the diverter knob or lever, usually located on the main valve body. Rotate or pull the diverter to select the desired water outlet.

6.1 Pembersihan
Clean the brushed gold finish regularly with a soft cloth and mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals, or scouring pads, as these can damage the finish. Rinse thoroughly and dry with a soft cloth to prevent water spots.
6.2 Shower Head and Hand Shower Nozzles
Periodically clean the silicone nozzles of the shower head and hand shower to remove limescale buildup. Gently rub the nozzles with your fingers or a soft brush to dislodge mineral deposits. For stubborn buildup, a vinegar solution can be used, but ensure it does not come into prolonged contact with the metal finish.
