This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your ROIDMI EVE CC Robot Vacuum and Mop Cleaner with Cleaning Base. Please read this manual thoroughly before using the product and retain it for future reference.

Arahan Keselamatan Penting

Sentiasa ikuti langkah berjaga-jaga keselamatan asas apabila menggunakan peralatan elektrik untuk mengurangkan risiko kebakaran, renjatan elektrik atau kecederaan.

• Baca semua arahan sebelum menggunakan perkakas.
• Jangan biarkan digunakan sebagai mainan. Perhatian yang rapi diperlukan apabila digunakan oleh atau berhampiran kanak-kanak.
• Gunakan hanya seperti yang diterangkan dalam manual ini. Gunakan hanya lampiran yang disyorkan pengilang.
• Jangan gunakan dengan kord atau palam yang rosak. Jika perkakas tidak berfungsi sebagaimana mestinya, telah terjatuh, rosak, ditinggalkan di luar rumah, atau terjatuh ke dalam air, kembalikannya ke pusat servis.
• Jangan tarik atau bawa dengan kord, gunakan kord sebagai pemegang, tutup pintu pada kord, atau tarik kord di sekeliling tepi atau sudut yang tajam. Jangan jalankan perkakas di atas kord. Jauhkan kord dari permukaan yang dipanaskan.
• Jangan cabut plag dengan menarik kord. Untuk mencabut palam, pegang palam, bukan kordnya.
• Jangan pegang palam atau perkakas dengan tangan yang basah.
• Jangan letakkan sebarang objek ke dalam bukaan. Jangan gunakan dengan mana-mana bukaan yang disekat; jauhkan daripada habuk, serabut, rambut dan apa sahaja yang boleh mengurangkan aliran udara.
• Jauhkan rambut, pakaian longgar, jari dan semua bahagian badan daripada bukaan dan bahagian yang bergerak.
• Jangan ambil apa-apa yang terbakar atau berasap, seperti rokok, mancis, atau abu panas.
• Gunakan lebih berhati-hati semasa membersihkan di tangga.
• Jangan gunakan untuk mengambil cecair mudah terbakar atau mudah terbakar, seperti petrol, atau gunakan di kawasan yang mungkin terdapat.
• Elakkan menghidupkan perkakas secara tidak sengaja. Pastikan suis berada dalam kedudukan MATI sebelum menyambungkan ke pek bateri, mengangkat atau membawa perkakas.

Panduan Persediaan

1. Membongkar

Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Ensure all parts listed in the packing list are present. Remove any protective films or packing materials from the robot and the cleaning base.

2. Penempatan Tapak Pengecasan

Place the self-emptying cleaning base against a wall in an open area with good Wi-Fi signal. Ensure there is at least 0.5 meters (1.6 feet) of clear space on both sides and 1.5 meters (4.9 feet) in front of the base for the robot to dock properly.

3. Caj Permulaan

Place the robot onto the charging base. Ensure the charging contacts on the robot align with those on the base. The robot will automatically begin charging. For first-time use, fully charge the robot before operation.

1. Download the ROIDMI app from your mobile app store (iOS or Android).

3. Follow the in-app instructions to add your ROIDMI EVE CC device. This typically involves connecting to the robot's temporary Wi-Fi hotspot and then connecting the robot to your home Wi-Fi network.
4. Once connected, you can access all smart control features, including mapping, scheduling, and cleaning mode selection.

Arahan Operasi

1. Starting a Clean

• Melalui Butang Robot: Press the power button on the robot once to start a full clean. Press again to pause. Hold to send the robot back to the base.
• Via ROIDMI App: Open the app, select your device, and tap "Start Cleaning". You can choose specific rooms, areas, or set up virtual walls before starting.

2. Memvakum dan Mengemop

The ROIDMI EVE CC performs both vacuuming and mopping. Ensure the water tank is filled for mopping functions. The robot will automatically switch between modes or perform both simultaneously based on settings.

• Mengisi Tangki Air: Open the water tank cover, fill with clean water (do not use detergents or harsh chemicals), and close securely.
• Attaching the Mop Pad: Securely attach the mop pad to the designated slot on the robot.
• Melaraskan Aliran Air: Use the app to adjust the water flow level for mopping based on your floor type and cleaning needs.

3. Smart Features (via App)

• Pengurusan Peta: View and edit your home's map, including room division, merging, and naming.
• Pembersihan Berjadual: Set up daily or weekly cleaning schedules for automated cleaning.
• Restricted Areas/Virtual Walls: Tentukan kawasan yang harus dielakkan oleh robot, seperti mangkuk haiwan peliharaan atau perabot halus.
• Pelarasan Kuasa Sedutan: Customize suction power levels for different floor types (e.g., carpet, hard floor).
• Cleaning Records: Review past cleaning sessions, including cleaned area and duration.

Penyelenggaraan

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your ROIDMI EVE CC. Always power off the robot before performing any maintenance.

1. Dust Bag Replacement (Self-Emptying Base)

The 2.5L dust bag in the cleaning base should be replaced approximately every 60 days, or when the app indicates it is full.

1. Open the top cover of the cleaning base.
2. Carefully pull out the full dust bag. The bag's opening will automatically seal to prevent dust leakage.
3. Insert a new dust bag into the slot, ensuring it is fully seated.
4. Tutup penutup atas.

2. Robot Dustbin and Filter Cleaning

Even with self-emptying, it's recommended to periodically check and clean the robot's internal dustbin and filter.

• Buka penutup atas robot dan keluarkan tong sampah.
• Empty the dustbin contents into a trash can.
• Remove the filter from the dustbin. Tap off excess dust. The filter is washable; rinse with water and allow to air dry completely before reinserting.
• Wipe the dustbin with a dry cloth. Reassemble the filter and dustbin.

3. Pembersihan Berus Utama dan Berus Sisi

• Berus Utama: Flip the robot over. Remove the main brush cover and lift out the brush. Use the cleaning tool (if provided) to cut and remove tangled hair or debris. Reinsert the brush and cover.
• Berus Sisi: Use a screwdriver to remove the screw holding the side brush. Remove any tangled hair or debris. Reattach the side brush.

4. Pembersihan Sensor

Wipe all sensors (cliff sensors, wall sensor, charging contacts) on the robot and charging base with a clean, dry cloth. This prevents navigation issues.

5. Mop Pad Cleaning

After each mopping session, remove the mop pad and rinse it thoroughly with water. Allow it to air dry completely before reuse or storage.
