5. Persediaan & Pemasangan
Follow these steps for proper installation of your video intercom system.
5.1. Pendawaian
The system uses a 4-wire connection between the outdoor unit and the indoor monitor. Ensure all connections are secure.

- Connect the 4-core cable from the outdoor unit to the designated wiring port on the indoor monitor.
- If installing multiple indoor monitors (for multi-family homes), connect each monitor to its respective call button on the outdoor unit.
- Connect the power supply to the indoor monitor.
- If using an electronic control lock (not included), connect it according to the provided wiring diagram.
5.2. Pemasangan Fizikal

- Unit Luar: Choose a suitable location near your entrance, typically at eye level, ensuring a clear view of visitors. Mount the unit securely using the provided screws and mounting bracket. Ensure the rain cover is properly positioned.
- Monitor Dalaman: Mount the indoor monitor on a wall at a convenient height within your home. Ensure it is within reach of a power outlet.
5.3. Tuya App Setup
The system integrates with the Tuya Smart app for remote control and monitoring.

- Download the free "Tuya Smart" app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).

- Follow the in-app instructions to add your FTes RFKits V70 video intercom system. This typically involves putting the indoor monitor into pairing mode and connecting it to your home Wi-Fi network.
6. Arahan Operasi
6.1. Menjawab Panggilan
When a visitor presses the call button on the outdoor unit, the indoor monitor will ring and display the visitor's video feed.
- Tekan ke Answer/Return button on the indoor monitor to speak with the visitor.
- Untuk menamatkan panggilan, tekan butang Answer/Return butang lagi.
6.2. Two-Way Audio & Unlocking

- During a call, you can speak to the visitor and hear their response.
- If an electronic lock is connected, press the Buka kunci button on the indoor monitor to remotely open the door.
6.3. Remote Access via Tuya App

- When a visitor calls, you will receive a notification on your smartphone via the Tuya app.
- Buka apl ke view the live video feed, speak to the visitor, and remotely unlock the door from anywhere with an internet connection.
6.4. Pemantauan
- Tekan ke Pantau button on the indoor unit to view the live feed from the outdoor camera at any time.
6.5. Video Recording & Playback

- Insert a TF card (not included) into the indoor monitor's TF card slot to enable video recording.
- The system can automatically record video when motion is detected or when a visitor calls.
- Access recorded videos and snapshots through the indoor monitor's menu or the Tuya app.
6.6. Night Vision & PIR Motion Detection

- The outdoor unit automatically switches to night vision mode in low-light conditions, providing clear black and white video.
- PIR motion detection triggers recording and notifications when movement is detected in the camera's field of view.
6.7. Mod Jangan Ganggu
- Activate the "Do Not Disturb" mode from the indoor monitor's settings to silence the ringtone for a specified period. You will still receive notifications on the Tuya app.
7. Penyelenggaraan
Regular maintenance ensures the optimal performance and longevity of your intercom system.
- Pembersihan: Gunakan yang lembut, damp cloth to clean the indoor monitor screen and the outdoor camera lens. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Unit Luar: Periodically check the outdoor unit for any obstructions (e.g., dirt, spiderwebs) that might block the camera or microphone. Ensure the rain cover is intact.
- Kemas Kini Perisian: Check the Tuya app regularly for any available firmware updates for your device to ensure you have the latest features and security patches.
- Pendawaian: Occasionally inspect wiring connections for any signs of wear or damage.
