This manual provides detailed instructions for the setup, operation, and maintenance of your AudioCodes C435HD IP Phone. 3.1 Panel Depan

• Skrin Paparan: Color LCD for call information, menus, and Microsoft Teams interface.

4. Persediaan

4.1 Memasang Telefon

The C435HD supports Power over Ethernet (PoE) or an optional AC power adapter.

1. For PoE (Recommended): Connect one end of the Ethernet cable to the LAN port on the phone and the other end to a PoE-enabled network switch or router. The phone will power on automatically.
2. Using AC Power Adapter (Optional): If PoE is not available, connect the AC power adapter (sold separately) to the power port on the phone and plug it into a wall outlet. Then, connect one end of the Ethernet cable to the LAN port on the phone and the other end to your network switch or router.
3. Connecting a PC (Optional): If desired, connect an Ethernet cable from your computer to the PC port on the phone. This allows your computer to share the phone's network connection.

4.3 Pemasangan Dinding

The AudioCodes C435HD IP Phone can be wall-mounted. Specific wall mounting kits and instructions are typically provided separately or can be found on the AudioCodes support website. Ensure the mounting surface is secure and use appropriate fasteners.

5. Arahan Operasi

5.1 Fungsi Panggilan Asas

• Membuat Panggilan:
  1. Angkat telefon bimbit, tekan butang Pembesar Suara atau tekan butang Fon Kepala.
  2. Dail nombor yang dikehendaki menggunakan papan kekunci.
  3. Tekan ke Panggil soft key or wait for the call to connect automatically.
• Menjawab Panggilan:
  1. When the phone rings, pick up the handset, press the Jawab soft key, or press the Speaker/Headset button.
• Menamatkan Panggilan:
  1. Letakkan telefon bimbit, atau tekan butang Tamatkan Panggilan kunci lembut.

5.2 In-Call Features

• Redam: Tekan ke bisu butang untuk meredamkan mikrofon anda semasa panggilan. Tekan sekali lagi untuk menyahredam.
• Tahan: Tekan ke tahan soft key or dedicated button to put a call on hold. Press the Sambung semula kekunci lembut untuk menjawab panggilan.
• Pemindahan: Semasa panggilan aktif, tekan Pemindahan soft key or dedicated button. Dial the number to transfer to, then press the Pemindahan kunci lembut lagi.

The C435HD is optimized for Microsoft Teams. The dedicated Teams button provides quick access to your Teams interface, including:

• Kalendar: View and join scheduled meetings.
• Kenalan: Manage your personal and corporate contacts.
