5. Pemasangan dan Persediaan

5.1 Penyediaan Tapak

• Ensure the gate slides smoothly and freely without obstruction.
• Clear the area where the motor will be mounted, ensuring a stable and level surface.

5.2 Memasang Motor

1. Position the mounting plate on the prepared surface next to the gate. Ensure it is level and at the correct height for the gate's rack.
2. Mark the positions for the M8 foundation bolts.
3. Drill holes and secure the mounting plate using the M8 foundation bolts, flat washers, elastic washers, and nuts.
4. Attach the motor unit to the mounting plate using the M6 x 18 mounting bolts.

5.3 Installing the Nylon Racks

1. Attach the nylon zipper racks to the bottom frame of your sliding gate.
2. Ensure the racks are aligned with the motor's sprocket and maintain a small clearance (approx. 1-2mm) between the rack and the sprocket to allow for gate movement.
3. Use the self-tapping screws and mounting ear studs to secure the racks firmly along the entire length of the gate.
4. Verify that the gate moves smoothly across the entire travel path without binding or excessive friction with the sprocket.

5.4 Installing Infrared Sensors

1. Mount the two infrared sensors on opposite sides of the gate opening, ensuring they face each other directly.
2. Position them at a height where they can detect potential obstructions (e.g., vehicles, pedestrians).
3. Connect the sensors to the control board according to the wiring diagram provided in the full user manual.
4. Test the sensors to ensure they correctly detect obstructions and trigger the gate to stop and reverse.

6. Arahan Operasi

Once installed, the CO-Z sliding gate opener offers various operating modes and features for convenient access control.

6.1 Operasi Kawalan Jauh

• The system supports up to 40 remote controls. Two remote controls are included.
• To open or close the gate, press the designated button on the remote control. The remote range is up to 30 meters (98.4 ft).
• Refer to the full user manual for instructions on programming additional remote controls.

6.2 Pedestrian Mode

The pedestrian mode allows the gate to open partially, providing enough space for foot traffic without fully opening the gate. This feature enhances convenience and reduces wear on the motor. Consult the full user manual for activation and adjustment of pedestrian mode settings.

6.3 Fungsi Auto-Tutup

The gate opener can be configured to automatically close after a set period. This system offers 3 self-closing presets (e.g., 12, 24, 36 seconds or 15, 30, 45 seconds depending on model configuration). 6.4 Keluaran Manual
