This user manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation of your Catler ES300 Espresso Machine. Please read this manual thoroughly before first use and retain it for future reference. The Catler ES300 is designed to prepare high-quality espresso, cappuccino, and latte beverages using a 20-bar Italian pump and a thermoblock heating system.
2. Arahan Keselamatan Penting

3.1 Komponen
- Tangki Air: 1.2-liter capacity, removable for easy refilling.
- Panel Kawalan: Illuminated buttons for power, single espresso, double espresso, and steam function.
- Tolok Tekanan: Displays brewing pressure (up to 20 bar).

3.2 Panel Kawalan

4. Persediaan
4.1 Membongkar
- Tanggalkan mesin espresso dan semua aksesori daripada pembungkusan dengan berhati-hati.

- Retain packaging for future transport or storage.
4.2 Pembersihan Awal

- Lap bahagian luar mesin dengan iklanamp kain.
4.3 Penyediaan Penggunaan Pertama
- Fill the water tank with fresh, cold water up to the MAX line.
- Place the water tank back into its position on the machine.
- Ensure the drip tray is correctly inserted.
- Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet (220-240V ~ 50/60Hz).
- Press the Power button to turn on the machine. The indicator lights will flash as the machine heats up. Once stable, the machine is ready for use.
- Run a few cycles of hot water through the group head and steam wand without coffee to prime the system and clean any manufacturing residues.
5. Arahan Operasi
5.1 Membuat Espresso
- Pastikan tangki air diisi.
- Select the appropriate filter basket (single or double) and place it into the portafilter.
- Kisar biji kopi segar sehingga menjadi halus dan sesuai untuk espresso.
- Fill the filter basket with ground coffee. For a single shot, use approximately 7-8g; for a double shot, use 14-16g.
- Tamp the coffee evenly and firmly using the provided tamper. Pastikan permukaannya rata.
- Lap sebarang kopi yang berlebihan dari tepi penapis porta.
- Insert the portafilter into the group head and turn it firmly to the right until it is securely locked.
- Place one or two pre-warmed cups on the drip tray beneath the portafilter spouts.
- Press the Single Espresso button for a single shot or the Double Espresso button for a double shot. The machine will automatically brew the coffee.
- Once brewing is complete, the machine will stop automatically. Carefully remove the portafilter and discard the used coffee grounds.

5.2 Susu Berbuih (untuk Cappuccino/Latte)

- Fill a stainless steel milk pitcher with cold milk (dairy or non-dairy) up to one-third full.
- Press the Steam button. The indicator light will flash as the machine heats up to steam temperature. Once stable, it is ready.

- Turn the steam control knob on the side of the machine to release steam.
- Lower the pitcher slightly to introduce air into the milk, creating foam. Then, submerge the wand deeper to heat the milk.
- Continue until the milk reaches the desired temperature and consistency (approximately 60-70°C or 140-160°F).
- Turn the steam control knob off, then remove the pitcher.
- Segera lap tongkat wap dengan iklanamp cloth to prevent milk residue from drying. Briefly purge the steam wand to clear any internal blockages.
6. Penyelenggaraan
6.1 Pembersihan Harian

6.2 Penyahkelasan
Regular descaling is crucial to maintain the performance and longevity of your espresso machine, especially in areas with hard water. The frequency depends on water hardness and usage.

- Isikan tangki air dengan larutan penyahkerak.

- Turn on the machine and run approximately half of the solution through the group head by pressing the espresso buttons.

- After the tank is empty, rinse the water tank thoroughly and fill it with fresh, clean water.
- Run several full tanks of fresh water through both the group head and steam wand to rinse out any descaler residue.
6.3 Penyimpanan
If the machine will not be used for an extended period, ensure it is clean and dry. Empty the water tank and drip tray. Store in a cool, dry place.
