4. Persediaan

4.1 Pengecasan Awal

Before installation, fully charge the camera's built-in 9000mAh battery using the provided USB-A to USB-C charging cable. A full charge ensures optimal performance from the start.

4.2 App Installation & Configuration

1. Muat turun CanHipro App dari gedung aplikasi telefon pintar anda (tersedia di Google Play dan Apple App Store).
2. Daftar untuk akaun dan log masuk.
3. Follow the in-app instructions to add your camera. This typically involves scanning a QR code on the camera or manual input.
4. Pastikan rangkaian Wi-Fi anda adalah 2.4GHz. Kamera ini tidak menyokong Wi-Fi 5GHz.

4.3 Memasang Kamera dan Panel Suria

Choose an optimal location for your camera and solar panel. The camera should have a clear view of the area you wish to monitor, and the solar panel should receive maximum direct sunlight throughout the day for continuous charging.

• Attach the camera's mounting bracket to your desired surface using the provided screws and wall anchors.
• Slide the camera onto its mounted bracket. Ensure it is securely fastened.

Open the CanHipro App on your smartphone to access the live feed from your camera. You can:

• Pan & Miring: Use the on-screen controls to remotely rotate the camera 350° horizontally and 90° vertically to adjust your viewsudut ing.
• Video HD 2K: View crystal-clear 2K resolution video in real-time.
• Penglihatan Malam Warna: The camera automatically switches to color night vision mode in low-light conditions, providing detailed nighttime surveillance.

5.2 Pengesanan Gerakan & Makluman

The camera utilizes PIR human detection to minimize false alarms. Configure motion detection settings within the app:

5.3 Audio Dua Hala

Engage in real-time conversations with visitors or deter intruders using the camera's two-way audio feature:

6. Penyelenggaraan

• Panel Suria Bersih: Kerap mengelap panel solar dengan lembut, damp cloth to remove dust, dirt, or debris that may hinder its charging efficiency.
• Semak Sambungan: Periodically inspect all cable connections, especially the USB-C connection to the camera, to ensure they are secure and the waterproof seal is intact.
• Kesihatan Bateri: While solar-powered, extreme weather conditions or prolonged periods without sunlight may affect battery levels. Monitor battery status via the app and manually charge if necessary.

7. Penyelesaian masalah

• Kamera Tidak Menyambung ke Wi-Fi: Ensure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz. This camera does not support 5GHz networks. Verify your Wi-Fi password and signal strength. Try resetting the camera by pressing the reset button (located under the waterproof cover) for about 5 seconds until you hear a voice prompt.
• Camera Keeps Getting Offline: Check your Wi-Fi signal strength at the camera's location. Ensure the camera battery is sufficiently charged. If using the solar panel, verify it receives adequate sunlight.
