Arahan Persediaan
1. Mengecas Fon Telinga dan Sarung
Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case. Use the provided Type-C USB cable and a DC5V-1A charger. Using incompatible USB cables or high voltage chargers can damage the product and void the warranty.
- Letakkan fon telinga ke dalam bekas pengecasan.

2. Berpasangan dengan Peranti
The Bassbuds Neo feature 1-step pairing for quick connection.
- Ensure the charging case has sufficient power and the earbuds are inside.

Mono/Stereo Bud Capability
You can use both earbuds together for a stereo audio experience or use a single earbud (left or right) independently for mono audio. To use a single earbud, simply take one out of the case and leave the other in, or put one back into the case while the other is in use.

Menyelesaikan masalah
If you encounter issues with your pTron Bassbuds Neo, refer to the following common solutions:
- Fon telinga tidak berpasangan dengan peranti:
Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device. Make sure the earbuds are charged and out of the case. Try forgetting the device from your phone's Bluetooth settings and re-pairing. - Hanya satu fon telinga berfungsi:
Place both earbuds back into the charging case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, then open the lid and take them out again. This often resets the connection between the two earbuds. Ensure both earbuds are charged. - Fon telinga tidak dicas:
Check if the charging cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source. Ensure the charging contacts on the earbuds and inside the case are clean and free from debris. Use a DC5V-1A charger as recommended. - Kelantangan rendah atau kualiti bunyi yang lemah:
Adjust the volume on your connected device. Ensure the earbuds are properly seated in your ears and try different sized eartips for a better seal. Clean any earwax or debris from the earbud nozzles. - Sambungan terputus-putus:
Ensure your device is within the 10-meter Bluetooth range. Avoid obstacles between your device and the earbuds. Try disconnecting and reconnecting the earbuds.
