5.1 Semakan Prapemasangan

• Ensure the gate moves freely and smoothly by hand.

5.2 Memasang Operator

Securely mount the GATEXPERT GT1300L operator unit on its provided base/bracket next to the gate. The operator should be positioned so that the drive sprocket aligns correctly with the gate's chain path.

5.3 Pemasangan Rantai

Attach the provided drive chain to the gate using the appropriate brackets and connectors. Route the chain around the operator's drive sprocket. Ensure the chain is taut but not overly tight, allowing for smooth movement without excessive strain on the motor.

5.5 Photocell Installation

Mount the infrared photocell transmitter and receiver units on opposite sides of the gate opening. Ensure they are aligned perfectly so the infrared beam is unobstructed. The photocell acts as a safety device, preventing the gate from closing if an object breaks the beam.

The remote controls operate in a single-button mode. Pressing any of the three main buttons will cycle the gate through OPEN / STOP / CLOSE / STOP. The fourth button is typically reserved for pedestrian mode, which opens the gate partially for foot traffic.
