1. Pengenalan dan Amaran Keselamatan

This manual provides essential information for the safe assembly, operation, and maintenance of your EVERCROSS EV12M Electric Motorcycle. Please read it thoroughly before first use and retain it for future reference.

Maklumat Keselamatan Penting:

• Pengawasan Dewasa Diperlukan: This electric motorcycle is designed for children but requires constant adult supervision during assembly and operation.
• Two-Adult Assembly: The electric motorcycle is heavy. Ensure that assembly is performed carefully by two adults.
• Semakan Pra-Tunggangan: Verify that the vehicle is correctly assembled and all components are secure before each ride.
• Alat Pelindung: Always ensure the rider wears appropriate safety gear, including a helmet, knee pads, and elbow pads.
• Had Berat: Jangan melebihi kapasiti beban maksimum 65 kg.
• Julat Umur: Suitable for children aged 36 months to 14 years, or 110cm and taller.

3. Persediaan dan Pemasangan

Assembly requires careful attention. It is recommended that two adults perform the assembly.

3.1 Pemasangan Hendal

1. Insert the handlebar into the front fork.
2. Align the handlebar and secure it by tightening the screws clockwise using the provided tools.

3.2 Pemasangan Fender Depan

1. Align the front fender with the mounting points on the front fork.
2. Secure the fender by tightening the screws clockwise.

3.3 Pemasangan Roda Hadapan

1. Remove the front wheel axle components from the wheel.
2. Position the front wheel between the front fork.
3. Reinstall the axle components, ensuring they are properly aligned and securely tightened.

3.4 Pemasangan Kickstand

1. Attach the kickstand to its designated mounting point on the frame.
2. Secure it firmly with the provided screws.

3.5 Pengecasan Awal

Before first use, fully charge the battery. Locate the charging port, open the rubber plug, and connect the charger. The indicator light on the charger will change when fully charged.

4. Arahan Operasi

Biasakan diri anda dengan kawalan sebelum menunggang.

4.1 Hidupkan/Mati Kuasa

• To power on, long-press the power button on the handlebar. The power display will illuminate.
• To power off, long-press the power button again.

4.2 Mod Kelajuan

The EV12M features 3 preset speed modes, easily switchable via a button on the side panel. Parents can manage this system to ensure a balance between safety and skill development.

• Low Speed (L): Approximately 8 km/h (5 MPH)
• Medium Speed (M): Approximately 12 km/h (7.5 MPH)
• High Speed (H): Maximum speed (up to 25 km/h)

4.3 Throttle and Braking

• Pendikit: Gently twist the right handlebar grip to accelerate.
• Brek: The motorcycle is equipped with a drum brake system. Squeeze the brake lever on the left handlebar to engage the brake. Test the brake function before each ride.

5. Penyelenggaraan

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your electric motorcycle.

5.1 Pembersihan

• Wipe the motorcycle with a damp cloth after each use. Avoid using harsh chemicals or excessive water.
• Do not use high-pressure water jets to clean the motorcycle, as this can damage electrical components.

5.2 Penjagaan Tayar

• Check tire pressure regularly and inflate to the recommended PSI (refer to tire sidewall for details).
• Inspect tires for wear and tear, and replace if necessary. The 12-inch wear-resistant rubber wheels provide strong grip.

5.3 Penjagaan Bateri

• Cas bateri sepenuhnya selepas setiap penggunaan.
• If storing for an extended period, charge the battery every 30 days to maintain its health.
• Jangan cas berlebihan atau habiskan bateri sepenuhnya.

6. Penyelesaian masalah

If you encounter issues, refer to this section for common problems and solutions.

6.1 Tiada Kuasa

• Periksa sama ada bateri telah dicas.
• Pastikan semua sambungan selamat.
• Sahkan butang kuasa ditekan dengan betul.

6.2 Motor Not Engaging

• Ensure the throttle is fully engaged.
• Check the speed mode setting; start with a lower speed.

6.3 Isu Brek

• Inspect the brake lever and cable for damage or looseness.
• Ensure the drum brake mechanism is clean and free of obstructions.
