1. Pengenalan

Welcome to the comprehensive user manual for your new DOOGEE V30 Rugged Smartphone. This device is engineered for durability and high performance, featuring advanced 5G connectivity, a powerful MediaTek Dimensity 900 processor, and a robust design built to withstand challenging environments. This manual provides essential information to help you set up, operate, and maintain your device effectively.

3. Persediaan

3.1. Pemasangan Kad SIM dan Kad Memori

The DOOGEE V30 supports both physical Nano-SIM cards and eSIM technology, along with expandable storage via a TF card (memory card). Use the provided card slot opener to access the SIM/TF card tray located on the side of the device. Carefully insert your Nano-SIM(s) and/or TF card into the designated slots, ensuring correct orientation. Close the tray securely to maintain the device's water and dust resistance.

3.2. Kuasa Awal Hidup dan Wizard Persediaan

Press and hold the power button on the side of the device until the DOOGEE logo appears. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the initial setup, including language selection, Wi-Fi connection, Google account setup, and security settings (fingerprint, face unlock, PIN/pattern).

3.3. Mengecas Peranti

Connect the provided Type-C cable to the charging port at the bottom of the phone and the 66W fast charger. The device supports 66W fast charging, allowing it to reach 50% charge in approximately 30 minutes. Ensure the charging port cover is securely closed after charging to maintain water resistance.

The DOOGEE V30 features a 6.6-inch FHD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate, providing a smooth and immersive visual experience. Navigate the interface using touch gestures. The high refresh rate ensures fluid scrolling and responsive interactions.

6. Durability & Protection

The DOOGEE V30 is built to endure harsh conditions, tested to IP68/IP69K and MIL-STD-810H standards. This means it is:

8. Penyelesaian masalah

8.1. Isu dan Penyelesaian Biasa

• Peranti tidak dihidupkan: Ensure the battery is charged. Connect to the 66W fast charger for at least 10 minutes before attempting to power on again.
• Sambungan rangkaian yang lemah: Check if your SIM card is properly inserted. Verify your network settings and ensure you are within 5G coverage. For eSIM, ensure it is properly activated.
• Screen unresponsiveness: Restart the device. If the issue persists, perform a factory reset (note: this will erase all data).
• Bateri cepat habis: Reduce screen brightness, disable unnecessary background apps, and turn off Wi-Fi/Bluetooth/GPS when not in use.
• Masalah kamera: Ensure camera lenses are clean. Restart the camera app or the device.

8.2. Tetapan Semula Kilang
