4. Persediaan
4.1 Menguasakan Peranti
The MEDTECH BP12 can be powered using either AA batteries or the included USB Type-C cable.
- Menggunakan Bateri: Open the battery compartment on the back of the monitor. Insert 4 AA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-). Close the compartment securely.
- Menggunakan USB-C: Connect the provided USB Type-C cable to the USB-C port on the side of the monitor and plug the other end into a compatible power source (e.g., wall adapter, computer, power bank).
4.2 Menyambungkan Manset Lengan
Insert the air tube connector from the arm cuff firmly into the air jack on the side of the blood pressure monitor unit.

4.3 Removing Screen Protector
For optimal display clarity, gently peel off and remove the screen protector film from the monitor's display before first use.

5. Arahan Operasi
5.1 Sebelum Pengukuran
- Rehat sekurang-kurangnya 5 minit sebelum mengambil ukuran.
- Elakkan makan, minum alkohol, merokok, atau bersenam selama 30 minit sebelum pengukuran.
- Ensure the room temperature is comfortable.
- Duduk dalam kedudukan yang selesa dengan punggung disandarkan dan kaki rata di atas lantai.
- Letakkan lengan anda di atas permukaan yang rata supaya manset berada pada paras jantung.
5.2 Memohon Arm Cuff
- Slide your arm through the cuff loop. The bottom edge of the cuff should be approximately 2-3 cm (about two fingers' width) above your elbow joint.
- Ensure the air tube is positioned on the inside of your arm, aligned with your middle finger.
- Wrap the cuff snugly around your upper arm, securing it with the Velcro closure. It should be tight enough that you can barely insert two fingers between the cuff and your arm.

5.3 Mengambil Pengukuran
- Setelah manset dipasang dengan betul dan anda berada dalam posisi santai, tekan MULA/BERHENTI butang.
- Manset akan mengembang secara automatik. Kekal diam dan senyap semasa pengukuran.
- After inflation, the cuff will slowly deflate, and your systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, and pulse rate will be displayed on the screen.
- The measurement will automatically be stored in the device's memory.
- Untuk mematikan peranti, tekan butang MULA/BERHENTI button again, or it will automatically shut off after a period of inactivity.
5.4 Using Memory Function
The device can store up to 90 readings for two users. To access stored readings:
- Tekan ke MEM butang ke view bacaan terbaru.
- Tekan ke MEM button repeatedly to scroll through older readings.
- To switch between User 1 and User 2 memory, press the SET button while in memory mode.
6. Penyelenggaraan
- Pembersihan: Lap monitor dan manset dengan kain lembut dan kering. Jika perlu, gunakan sedikit kainamp kain dengan sabun lembut, kemudian lap sehingga kering. Jangan gunakan pembersih yang kasar atau rendam peranti di dalam air.
- Storan: Store the device in its storage bag in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and humidity.
