1. Pengenalan

This manual provides detailed instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of your Dilwe Bluetooth 5.0 Amplifier Board (Model ZK-HT21). This 2.1 channel stereo power amplifier board is designed for DIY sound systems, offering 160W+160W+220W output with Bluetooth 5.0, AUX, and USB input options. Please read this manual thoroughly before use to ensure proper functionality and safety.

5. Arahan Persediaan

Ikuti langkah-langkah ini untuk menyediakan anda amppapan pengalir:

1. Pasang Casing: Attach the cover and bottom plate to the amplifier board using the provided screws and screw columns. This protects the internal components.
2. Kenalpasti Sambungan: Refer to the diagram below to locate the power input, audio inputs (AUX, BT, USB), and speaker outputs (Left Channel, Right Channel, Subwoofer).
3. Sambungkan Pembesar Suara: Connect your 4-8Ω speakers to the corresponding output terminals. Ensure correct polarity (+/-) for each speaker.
4. Sambungkan Sumber Audio:
   • Bluetooth: Power on the board, then search for "BT" on your device's Bluetooth settings and pair.
   • AUX: Connect your audio source (e.g., smartphone, MP3 player) to the AUX input using a 3.5mm audio cable.
   • USB: Connect a USB device for audio input.
5. Sambungkan Kuasa: Connect a DC 15-36V power supply to the Power Input (5.5x2.1DC plug or 2P terminal). Ensure the power supply is off before connecting.
6. Hidupkan kuasa: Once all connections are secure, turn on the power supply. The board is now ready for operation.

6. Arahan Operasi

After successful setup, operate the amplifier board using the following controls:

• Total Volume / Switch (MAIN C/VOL): This knob controls the overall volume of the system and also acts as the power switch. Turn clockwise to increase volume, counter-clockwise to decrease. Press to toggle power.
• Left and Right Channel Treble (TRE): Adjust this knob to control the high-frequency response of the left and right stereo channels.
• Left and Right Channel Bass (BASS): Adjust this knob to control the low-frequency response of the left and right stereo channels.
• Subwoofer Volume (VOLUME): Controls the output volume specifically for the subwoofer channel.
• Subwoofer Frequency (FREQ): Adjusts the crossover frequency for the subwoofer, typically ranging from 20-200Hz, allowing you to fine-tune the bass response.
• Pemilihan Input: The board automatically detects the active input (AUX, BT, USB). Ensure your desired audio source is playing. For Bluetooth, ensure your device is paired.

7. Penyelenggaraan

• Pembersihan: Gently wipe the board and casing with a dry, soft cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners or solvents. Ensure the device is powered off and disconnected from the power supply before cleaning.
