This manual provides instructions for the setup, operation, and maintenance of your Melnor 65169AMZ Hydrologic Digital Timer. This device is designed to automate your watering schedule, ensuring efficient and consistent watering for your garden or lawn.

Persediaan
1. Pemasangan Bateri
The timer requires dua (2) bateri AA (not included). To install:
- Cari petak bateri di belakang pemasa.
- Buka penutup petak.
- Masukkan dua bateri AA, pastikan kekutuban (+/-) betul.
- Tutup penutup petak bateri dengan selamat.
2. Menyambung ke Paip
Before connecting, ensure the filter washer is properly seated in the timer's inlet to prevent debris from entering the unit.

Attach the timer to your outdoor faucet by screwing it onto the faucet threads. Hand-tighten only to ensure a secure, leak-free connection. Do not overtighten.
3. Connecting Hose
Connect your garden hose to the outlet at the bottom of the timer. Ensure this connection is also hand-tightened to prevent leaks.

Arahan Operasi
The Melnor Hydrologic Digital Timer features a large LCD display and intuitive buttons for programming. The main dial allows you to navigate between different settings.

1. Menetapkan Jam
- Putar dail ke TETAPKAN JAM.
- Gunakan ATAS/BAWAH arrows to adjust the current time.
- Tekan OK to confirm and move to the next setting (e.g., AM/PM).
- Repeat until the current time is set.
2. Programming Watering Schedule
The timer allows for up to four individual start times per day and can be set to water on specific days of the week or every few days.
- Putar dail ke WATER DAY. guna ATAS/BAWAH to select specific days or an interval (e.g., every 2 days). Press OK.
- Putar dail ke MULAKAN AIR. guna ATAS/BAWAH to set the desired start time for watering. You can set up to 4 start times. Press OK after each.
- Putar dail ke BERAPA LAMA. guna ATAS/BAWAH to set the duration for each watering cycle (e.g., 10 minutes). Press OK.
- Once all settings are configured, turn the dial to AUTO to activate the programmed schedule.
3. Penyiraman Manual
To manually water without affecting your programmed schedule:
- Putar dail ke ON/OFF MANUAL.
- Tekan ke OK button to start watering.
- Gunakan ATAS/BAWAH arrows to adjust the manual watering duration.
- Tekan OK to confirm. The water will run for the set duration.
- To stop manual watering early, turn the dial to DIMATIKAN.
4. Fungsi Kelewatan Hujan
The rain delay feature allows you to pause your watering schedule for a set period to conserve water during rainy conditions.
- With the dial set to AUTO, tekan dan tahan butang OK butang selama 3 saat.
- Gunakan ATAS/BAWAH arrows to select the desired delay duration (up to 7 days).
- Tekan OK to confirm. The timer will resume its schedule after the delay period.

Penyelenggaraan
1. Penjagaan Am
To ensure longevity and proper function of your timer:
- Store the timer indoors during fall and winter months to prevent damage from freezing temperatures.
- Avoid dropping the timer or subjecting it to harsh impacts.
- Bersihkan bahagian luar dengan iklanamp kain mengikut keperluan. Jangan gunakan pembersih yang kasar.
2. Pencuci Penapis
Periodically check the filter washer located at the inlet of the timer for debris. A clogged filter can restrict water flow and affect performance. Clean it by rinsing under running water.
3. Penggantian Bateri
The LCD display will show a low battery indicator when the batteries need to be replaced. Replace both AA batteries promptly to avoid interruption of your watering schedule.
